Hello, you don't need to be a guess in the hotel to access the Rooftop Bar but I would suggest you to check at the reception if there is place available. The view is fantastic and the cocktails are great so it might be busy.

If you mean the free club lounge for Accor Club members - the answer is clearly no. On the rooftop ther isa bar where you can enjoy the drinks and magnificient views on Rome, however all the drinks are added to your room... More
