Lovely hotel, great location. The rooms are clean, spacious and very well appointed. A very comfortable bed and great bathroom. A delicious complimentary breakfast is included in the price and the selection is large. The hotel is in a good location and my room was very quiet. We didn't eat in the restaurant - we ordered from the room service menu, which was a little disappointing.

The hotel is located near Vatican City, good restaurants and bars, and the Tiber.
The place was clean; everything worked, and the free breakfast was good, varied, and more than adequate. It was not noisy at night. The rooms are a little tired: the carpeting is old, the water pressure is a bit low. Housekeeping did not seem to be interested in taking away used coffee cups from the rooms.
Hotel personnel were friendly.
We were here on a package-tour, so I cannot comment on value-for-money.
All in all, a good stay, and no real complaints.

We had a huge family reunion of sorts with 21 people, throughout the process when we booked months in advance, they were so friendly and helpful to accomodate all our needs. Upon checkin everything we so smoothly, keeping us informed and making sure all our rooms were close to each other. The staff was always friendly, warm and helpful. The location was perfect too, walkable to many sights.

The room so old.

In the room there is Carpet very old Fashion

The bathroom even worse.

The breakfast Euro 12 not cheap

Staff friendly

Bed Lines fine
The bathroom door from inside very old as damage and I don't think small maintenance will cost so much.

The card for the room has a sticker with room number so better you will not loose or someone can pop in for a visit. That mean also the card will be use again for next client.

But for Euro 190 it is super EXPENSIVE for the room re you offering.

Last but not least I feel shame as an Italian Citizen living overseas I should see such a room in the capital of Italy/ Rome.

We initially booked ih hotel dei Borgia in Rome but were moved to this hotel due to refurbishment... We booked at a very good price and had a standard room, the room was cool with air con, not very modern but clean. Great location, few mins walk from lepanto metro, used this to get here from the airport. Staff on front desk and breakfast polite and attentive, safe deposit box in the room, clean towels provided daily, all in all great stay would stay again, as noted we really liked the location as it was away from hustle and bustle we walked back 20 mins or so each evening. Great base for vatican too!

Note: not rating 5 as in it's 5* but 5 as in its a top 3* does what it say on the tin so to speak.

Firstly the gentlemen on reception were very welcoming the women not so much

The rooms were very basic (superior room) we had a kettle and 2 paper cups with a mix of tea and coffee. We had 2 small bottles of water for our whole 4 night stay

The room needed a complete renovation it was tired, damp, not very clean at all and not very welcoming the hotel looked tired. Breakfast was extremely basic even the seats outside the hotel were broken and dirty
.
This hotel was sold to us by travel agent as a luxury 4 star hotel it was max 2 star. It was more we felt aimed at business people or youngsters as it had the holiday inn feel which is a shame as it’s in a great location and could be a great base if it was just given a bit more TLC

This hotel was selected by the travel company. It's a Hilton that needs HELP. While the front desk was helpful, there are absolutely no amenities. There is NO dining room or bar. If you're traveling with a group, you'll get a normal buffet breakfast, but don't bother booking it as an individual.
Our room was fine - good mattress, etc... but the shower/tub was filthy with mold.
Thankfully it was just a one night event.

In general, everything went perfectly. The desk staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast, which we recommend, was excellent, particularly the coffee, where each cup was prepared individually. There was also a machine for those who are impatient. The breakfast staff was pleasant and friendly.
The hotel is very clean and well decorated. We can't think of anything that could be done better.
The location is quiet and has numerous good shops and family owned restaurants nearby, more than Google Maps would indicate.

Bed were very comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. Had tub which was high to get into. Partial shower door where you had to make sure you didnt get water all over the bathroom. Tub and shower area a bit dingy and some mildew. There were also no outlets near the side beds so had to plug in phone across the room. Walls thin. Could hear people in hallway clearly. Breakfast was good.

We visited this hotel as part of a group tour. This is a big group tour hotel - crowded, noisy, not so clean, tiny rooms, extremely crowded breakfast, and no service. We would not recommend this hotel for individual travelers. The location is fairly close to the Vatican and in walking distance of various major sites.
