You pay for what you get - and although not cheap the bedroom we had was on the 3rd floor, comfortable, spacious and overlooked the parliment building - i.e. the pedestrian only square so very quiet. Centrally located and the breakfast was excellent too. I would recommend.

I was here for just one night on business, and it was a beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Rooms big and beautiful for Rome, worthy of 5 stars ,,, except they decided to vacuum my hallway at around 7:30 AM and when I left at 8:30 they were conducting repairs down the hall. I was awake for work anyway,...

Hotel Natzionale is very well located in the heart of the old city of Rome. It is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. It provides excellent combination of price and convenience. The WiFi is fast and reliable, and there is a good selection of TV channels. The breakfast buffet features a nice spread of pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and cereals....

Dear Mr. Greorge B, We thank you very much for your review. Unfortunately, regarding the minibar charge, we think there has been a misunderstanding. The incidentals charge shown on the bill that we are assuming is yours, it is indeed € 60,00 but, only € 12,00 is referring to the minibar items taken, the remaining balance of € 48,00 is...

Really nice hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice room with a great view. Made our stay in Rome perfect. Placed within easy reach of most of the tourist attractions. Will definitely return here again. Already recommended to family and friends.

This hotel was beyond our expectations-the location was perfect, the room very comfortable, and the stafs were extremely accommadating. In addition, the buffet breakfast was way more than the usual "continental". We are planning another trip to Italy and will definitely include the Hotel Nazionale .

The two rooms we booked, one standard and one deluxe were excellent. They were spacious and very comfortable including the beds. The hotel is extremely central and also very quiet at night. The staff are very accomodating and friendly. The hotel has an old world feel.to it and has been furnished very nicely. I would highly recommend this hotel to...

When we checked in we were given great information on the neighborhood, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Our room was very clean and the A/C kept the room comfortable throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. The breakfast included with our room was excellent. I would not hesitate to stay at the Hotel Nazionale again and will use it should...

Turned out to be even better than expected. Spacious recently renovated room. Excellent restaurants within short walking distance. Centrally located such that main historical attractions are all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would come back again!

My wife and I arrived at the hotel after a terrifying cab ride from the airport shaken and sleep-deprived. We were immediately put at ease by the warm and friendly staff. Although the lobby is often crowded with American Airlines crews, we never had to wait to ask a question or make a request

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
