This is what I call a great localization for an Hotel. What you might pay more, you win in time and money in what concerns your City Tours. Because it's nearby the Parliament is also very well protected by the Police.

I will not repeat all the wonderful things that have been said about this place. I could simply say "just stay there". But that wouldn't be fair. Our room was spacious with very high ceilings, the staff could NOT have been more helpful, the breakfast was to die for and the location could not have been better for all the...

Like many people, my wife and I are finally at an age that allows us to begin traveling. We had never been to Rome and wanted a hotel that would be safe, clean, and conveniently located. TripAdvisor reviews about hotels and services were spot on! We arrived by train and the 15 minute taxi ride from Roma Termini was about...

A very nice hotel. Great front desk people day and night. Just off the main street downtown ( - a good thing). My first trip to Rome in many years, and it seemed like the hotel was in the middle of everything. It is walking distance to many great sites. The tiny bar on the ground floor is nice, and...

We visited in September for our Silver Wedding and we can't praise it enough. We had two rooms which were both beautiful. The attention to detail is faultless. The staff are what makes this hotel. They are all exceptional at ensuring that the guests are treated well at all times. We had a problem with tickets that we had booked...

This lovely hotel is just a few short blocks from the Pantheon in Rome. It sits on the same piazza as the Government buildings, so there is security in and around the area. We never felt unsafe when walking around even after a late dinner. We sat out in the chairs in front of the lobby and enjoyed the evening...

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of of our 3 week Italian vacation. The staff was very welcoming and the hotel is in a great location. The room was comfortable and our window faced the court yard. The protests were going on and were a bit loud, but we felt safe and it was...

The hotel was beautiful and located close to everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious. The only complaint I had was the pillows were to hard for me. Other than that it was a "GREAT" hole. I would definitely stay there again.

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
