Hotel Nazionale has a Perfect location for a weekend in Rome. Just a few steps from Pantheon. The hotel has everything you need except a good restaurant, but the Whole area is filled up with restaurants!

Top-notch central location--the main reason I chose this hotel. Easy access to many bus lines if you don't want to take a taxi. We booked a deluxe room (the hotel's least expensive--an off-season bargain at $140 a night plus room occupancy tax), and it was amply sized for a couple. As we were up on the sixth floor, we had...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Nazionale for 14 days while we explored Rome's treasures of art, history, and food. The hotel is very nicely appointed and couldn't be more conveniently located for sightseeing, however the exceptional kindness and friendliness of the staff made Hotel Nazionale feel like our Roman home away from home. Their graciousness and above par...

welcoming staff, fresh, tasty, and abundant selection of breakfast items, a variety of Italian and International newspapers, and a wide variety of rooms, all sparkling clean, and attractively decorated. Friendly barista, spacious public rooms, and a location that can't be beat--between the Corso and the Pantheon. Judith G.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Rome. Easy walking distance to most of the principle sights, A literal stones throw from the Parthenon. The surrounding streets are awash in bars and restaurants. The hotel has old world charm, comfortable good sized rooms and and a very good buffet breakfast. The bar worth a visit, friendly and efficient service from Rosa...

Hotel Nazionale A Montecitorio is fantastically placed immediately adjacent to the Italian Parliament. We had a lovely quiet room and the hotel staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great and I was continually surprised what people from different countries actually ate for breakfast. I particularly loved the inlaid stone floor in the breakfast rooms. For the price, this hotel was great.

I stayed in various hotels but this one is the one I prefer. The staff is competent and friendly. I had the choice between three types of rooms, all were different and all fitted my expectations, the choice was difficult! Cleanliness, breakfast, location, nothing to complain. Will come back soon!

Great location- that's why you may want to stay here. Nice hotel- very "roman". Breakfast buffet was good. Rooms are nice. Getting to the front door of the hotel may be a challenge as the Policia block the street off and there are protests occasionally in front of the Pantheon- which is right in front of the hotel. Just lug...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
