We landed late at night and were a bit worried. unfounded it was. Reception was manned, check in was quick and within minutes we were in the room. Our room was facing the street on 2nd floor. Noisy as many have stated. However the times we were in the room late evening to morning, it wasn't an issue. Rooms are...

My opinion of the hotel, stays average but not in the bad connotation of the word. It is a nice hotel, pleasant, oldish or old-fashion one, but average tripadviser mark. I was not satisfied by the cleaning service - spotted hair in a couple of spots from our bathroom. The rooms that have front orientation are very crowded, because of...

We spent seven nights in this hotel recently while touring Rome, we found the location wonderful, the staff friendly and English speaking, the morning breakfast tasty, our room clean and for Europe spacious. If you are visiting Rome to see the major sites you can walk to many of them from the hotel, the Forum, Palatine Hill, Colosseum, Capitoline Museum,...

Stayed for 8 days and enjoyed their rooftop and our veranda off of our 5th floor room. Noise was not a problem with the doors and curtains drawn closed. Roaches in the food served for breakfast however. TV not working in our room and despite reporting this no one arrived to repair or replace. Shower doors leaked but was hot...

This hotel is very well placed for sightseeing. It is rather dated but comfortable. Our room at the back was quiet although we didn't open the window as it was cold. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room a decent size. The bathroom was disappointing and could do with a revamp. The water from the shower was cool. Poor...

This hotel was so good! A friendly concierge is there 24 hours. Mine was a very clean, modern large room (for Europe). And the hotel is right around the corner from the Archeological Centre of Rome. You are just a few gelaterias away from the Trajan Forum and Piazza Vittoria. It's not close to the Metro (underground trains), but buses...

I booked this hotel for my last night in Rome after returning from Venice. This hotel was great. My bathroom was newly renovated, the bed was comfortable and I had a balcony. It was gorgeous, billowing chiffon curtains with a glass patio door. My view was the street below but it was so magical and I loved watching the city...

The location of the property is great both for sightseeing and for business. Major sights and government offices in the centre are at walking distance. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but has lots of charm and the staff is very helpful. I was given a nice enough room, which was spacious and clean. The roof terrace offers a...

Thanks for your detailed review about our hotel. Religious object are very traditional in Italian hotels, in the XX century there used to be a Bible in every room too, as the hotel has a classical decor, we mantain part of that tradition. Beds come with blankets in every hotel in Italy, we are sorry this was an issue for...

Move beyond the front door and check-in area and be surprised. We were aware of street noise and on early check-in, asked for a quiet room. The clerk's response set the tone for a very pleasant two-night stay. He immediately phoned housekeeping and after a brief conversation assured us we could be accommodated but a room was not yet ready....

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
