The hotel was a little gem, given how convenient it is to the sights - at most it's about 30 mins away by foot. We stayed there for 8 days. In general, we felt the room was small but adequate for 2 adults plus a toddler. The toilets facilities are squarish in design and that makes it slightly unusual sitting...

We visited Rome in the middle of August, rooms we beautifully decorated but it was tiny. This is the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in and to be honest the most expensive. ( we had been on at a wedding in another part of Italy the previous week and i had recieved emails from the hotel regarding availability,...

Dear Guest maybe there's a misunderstanding or maybe you're not writing honestly. August is low-season in Rome, and it's impossible you paid an expensive bill, unless you consider expensive paying less than 200 € to stay in a double room just in the most important and central square of Rome. Please take a look at the rates in Piazza di...

We booked three mid week nights at this hotel as a joint birthday treat for my wife and myself. Got to say over all it is a great place to stay. First impressions are a little strange as there is no big neon or otherwise sign marking the hotel. Just a name next to a buzzer button on a brass...

I stayed at the Piazza di Spagna Suites back in 2012, my luggage had gotten lost on my way from Olbia to Rome, the staff handled it all for me as not being able to speak Italian was a bit of a barrier for me to deal with the airline. They not only assisted in finding my luggage for me,...

This lovely little boutique hotel was conveniently located and provided easy access to the Spanish Steps and numerous shops and restaurants. Our room was exquisitely decorated, but somewhat lacking in functionality. The large, deep Jacuzzi tub/shower had no means of safely entering (no grab bar, textured floor or bathmat) and required gymnastic skills to extricate oneself onto the tiny platform...

The location right on the Plaza across from the Spanish steps was so perfect that I had a hard time finding it after dark; the sign is very small and you have to have them buzz you in as the hotel is not on the ground floor. Once you know this, it's quite easy - and unlike some of the...

These suites are prenominal. We looked out our window each morning at the passing parade of people walking to the Spanish Steps opposite. The room was superb, the bed comfortable and the best part was breakfast. Each night you put in your selection and the breakfast was delivered on the time you specified right to your door AND was included...

Fabulous boutique style hotel opposite the Spanish Steps, close to everything that you need . Lovely room with a view, large enough to sleep three of us. Staff were extremely obliging.... Couldn't do enough for us! My only disappointment was breakfast. You could only have it in your room, and they have some unusual ideas on how it should be...

The hotel's location is phenomenal. Right at the base of the spanish steps and literally within walking distance to everything in Rome. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are very nice. The customer service is questionable. The employees are extremely nice and helpful, but do not seem to be well coordinated. We repeatedly had people walk into our...
