Good tidy rooms. Great helpful staff. Close to all amenities and good central location. Would definitely stay again. Pickpockets were operating in close proximity and could be seen from the window so care needs to be taken.

Electricians walked into our room just minutes after we had gotten ready. They rang the door bell and immediately walked in. I was a little upset. I had no idea who they were the Hotel should have noticed us they were coming.

The location is top. It's noisy for the inside, you don't hear streetnoise. The beds are not comfortable. Staff very helpfull and friendly. The breakfast is not healthy enough, but at 7 o clock you will find fresh fruit and goid bread.

The staff at Selene Style Hotel were more than helpful. They helped us plan our trip in Rome both before and during our stay. The room and bathroom were a great size. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with great staff. Blocks from train to airport and from metro. Good selection at breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Room was good size but bathroom was small. Was not warm enough to try out air conditioner so not sure of comfort during heat.

We arrived at the hotel using the SIT bus, which is only 4.90 Euros and direct to the Termini, which is only a 5 minute walk to the hotel. On check in, a map was provided of the city, and we were shown to our room by a receptionist. The room was small, but spotlessly clean with good sized bathroom....

The hotel is good value. Clean and comfortable, with an outstanding Italian breakfast. We walked to all attractions(we like to walk) and found the location excellent! From termini station it was an easy walk, with backpacks.

Hotel is perfectly located to visit the tourist spots. Vatican is a long walk but the Metro is 5 minutes away. Room was great. bathroom small but manageable. Staff was great. made very good restaurant recommendations.

2 blocks away from Termini station but didn't feel seedy. Felt safe walking around at night. Most tourist sites are within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Close to Metro as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. And would love to stay here again if I'm ever in Rome again.

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
