What an amazing place!! From start to finish, from the taxi driver, hotel staff. We were only there a short time, got loads packed in an saw lots of places. Everyone was so helpful. We were located just round a few streets from the collesium. .

Before 2 day from arrival booking.com cancelled our reservation, after this I directly contact to hotel Virgilio and ask for to help us. Staff were very very helpful. Good value 3* hotel centrally located just 10 minute walk from Rome Termini. All major tourist attractions within a 20 minute walk. Stayed in this hotel about 5 years ago and was so happy with it, decided to stay again on this most recent trip to Rome. Wish I hadn't now. Its location is great. Ten euro taxi ride from Termini train station. Most major attractions are within walking distance (Vatican the exception). Room had a strange odour when we walked in....

We were 3 adults, so we booked a room with 4 single beds. It was difficult to sleep as I felt like I was falling off the side. The Wifi was a bit slow, but workable. Breakfast was excellent with fresh, scrambled eggs and the usual pastries, buns, cereal, etc. Good location, within walking distance of the Colosseum. Very clean....
