The apartment was easy to find in a wonderful old Roman building. The apartment was exactly as described and really clean with towels and toiletries. The beds were very comfortable and because there was heatwave in Rome, the excellent air conditioning was like a precious gift. There are loads of restaurants in the streets nearby and the walk to the...

Within 20 minute walking distance of the Colosseum, 35 minute walk to Vatican City, 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps - everything else falls in between! The apartment was very clean, spacious, well maintained and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, it really is central - in walking distance of the main train station, Colosseum, Forum, etc. We also took our time to walk back back from the Vatican one day, taking in the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain on route. Our room was effectively a two room apartment with separate shower and toilet, my daughters said that they...

Family of four stayed here for a week in May. Everything (Trevi Fountain, Coliseum, Forum, Spanish Steps, Termini, Opera, Piazza Venesia, etc.) is within walking distance. Only thing far is the Vatican area but Bus 64 goes to St Peter's Square and it has a stop which is only 200m from the apartment. Apartment is spacious and the beds are...

Stayed here for 3 nights. The apartments are in some old building but nicely maintained. The best things is the location and provision to make basic meals. The apartments are equipped with basic cooking utensils and a supermarket is right across the street. You can easily walk to Colosseum, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. the main entrance of the building can...

Location is good: form via Nazionale you can take a bus 64 directly to Vatican or take a 15 min walk to Colosseo, Trevi fountain or Forum. The place is very clean and quiet. Also there are supermarkets and bars nearby. There is a modest set of kitchen facilities but it's enough to make a simple lunch. The hotel is...

This place is located near by all major attractions. We have covered almost all attractions by walk from this place. It got all amenities required for cooking and it is maintained very well. It is clean and got very nice mattresses. There is spar across the street to buy grocerries. Colosseum is just 10 mins walk from this place. The...

This is a great place, centrally located but quiet, with big rooms, modern interior, clean, free wifi, laundry service and friendly staff. You're in the right place, perfectly located between Colosseum and Trevi fountain.

Fantastic apartments. Stayed there in June 2014 for 6 days. Check in and check out was easy. Staff are so friendly and helpful, good English too. Apartments are immaculately clean, simplistic modern design. Shower room is separate to bathroom which is really convenient. All storage for clothes is in main bedroom, so those sleeping on pull out bed have to...

“Rooms are on 4th and 5th floor of building so be prepared for walking up 4-5 flights of stairs, small lift is available and was only newly fitted 6 months ago, however it would not be suitable if you are claustrophobic etc.”
