The room has a giant toilet giant sized hand basin crazy high ceilings, curtains and closets. The shower I noticed has a seat for the handicapped so maybe the sizes reflect that and are being kind. The beds for a couple are basically two king sized singles together which again is giant. As per the name it seems it is...

Very good hotel. The room has a very high ceiling to make it spacious. Breakfast is decent and with good variety. Very good location, only 12 mins walk from the Rome train and bus station. Reasonably priced.

I stayed two nights after flying 24 hours across the planet from NZ. I would highly recommend it, especially if you arrive jetlagged, sleep deprived and disorientated like I did. It is quiet and peaceful with a central green space courtyard and a chapel. The breakfasts are very good. The dinners even better. And the resident Priest greets and chats...

If you want something spotless then this is the one. Short walk to transport and main train station this has a real Aussie feel about it as well. Lots of artwork from local aussie kids and numerous other pieces of Australian artwork and photos adorn the walls. Great help yourself breakfast. Beds just a little uncomfortable though. Two king singles...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was a lovely, quiet place to relax after exploring Rome's vast attractions. There was a 10 minute walk to Termini station and many wonderful Italian fare restaurants in close proximity. Breakfast was included and was adequate but the supposed hot food needed a better system for being kept hot. The...

Nice decent budget hotel for someone who wants this as B&B. Clean rooms. Breakfast is just basic with hardly any choices. Check in time is 2pm. I happened to come little early in the morning due to flight arrival, but the hotel took no effort to accommodate a early checkin. Ultimately having come in at 10am, could enter the room...

Dear Guest Thank you very much for your comment on TripAdvisor. I am very sorry to understand you didn't like so much our Hotel. "Unfortunately" if we are fully booked almost every day and the check out time is 12.00 o'clock it quite difficult to give to the "new Guests" the room before that time.. If you have had a...

This is a perfectly adequate hotel, close to the Termini. Clean, well run and peaceful. Breakfast was ok, we've had much better in Rome, and coffee from a push button machine is always a let down in Italy, where superb coffee is available everywhere. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient. We felt it was good value for money overall,...

This was our second stay here and when next in Rome we will stay there again. The hotel is very well located, just a short walk from Termini and has loads of good restaurant options nearby. Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
