A beautiful hotel located right in the middle of the city, yet once you're inside it feels like you're a million miles away thanks to its "hidden" garden. I recently stayed here on business and it was the perfect place to relax with a cocktail after a day of meetings . I loved my room with its super comfy bed... More

My wife and I stayed for four nights from the end of October. The staff is extremely helpful and service oriented. The concierge will do the best to fulfill your needs. Buffet breakfast is fantastic and wait staff excellent. Also, some people say the rooms are rundown but ours was not. Towels are extremely plush. The bed was firm and... More

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and facilities. It is beautifully situated near the Spanish Steps. It`s courtyard garden is very nice. We could sit outside and had breakfast there. The welcome was very nice and friendly. The room was spacious, well equipped. We were looking at the Piazza del Popolo. The service in the bar and at... More

This is a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and amenities. The central garden with bar and adjacent restaurant give a welcome respite from the action outside this well located hotel. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival and escorted to our room which was spacious and well appointed. Whilst we did not have a view to the garden, the room... More

In one of the most beautiful cities on Earth, where hordes of tourists invade every single corner... the good service and the attention to detail seem to be hard to find... while the smiles of the waiters or the service in general have faded after the exhausting and frenetical rythm of tourists that they deal with. So the good news... More

We stayed at the Hotel De Russie a couple of weeks ago for the second time. What we like about the hotel is the location, gardens, food, ambiance and spacious rooms with great views. But the excellence of the hotel was demonstrated during our most recent visit. Via Del Babuino was undergoing construction, turning it into a pedestrian mall (which... More

This is perhaps the best Hotel in Rome for many reasons. We stayed here for the first time and we regret not have staying here before. Perfect service and very well trained staff, the location is just perfect. Just beware of what you eat and drink as isn't cheap. For sure will be back

Outstanding and right behind the villa Borghese, this hotel is a sanctuary for high flyers who love luxury ! The service is exceptional, of course, all hotels are within the Rocco Forte chain, within a very contemporary style and elegance ! An expensive place but well worth it, especially when you are having that special diner with that very special... More

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome. Gorgeous Renaissance and Baroque palazzos line the streets, and are filled with enticing boutiques and food shops. By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina. Campo Marzio can be a bit of a sleeper after aperitivi hour (21:00), so visit by day and experience the pulse of daytime Rome.
