Another visit, and once again the perfect hotel. Perfect rooms, perfect food, and perfect staff. A Rocco Forte - our trip at the Savoy in Florence and here in Rome was pleasure-traveling at its best. Great concierge assistance, amazing restaurant staff from breakfast to lunch & dinner cannot do enough to please. A beautiful property and the only option if...

On Sunday we found a small part of paradise just off the Spanish Steps. The Hotel Russe offered exactly what my wife and I required , peace and quiet from the hurly burly of the Via Condotti . The garden courtyard was an absolute find . We started by ordering the Bar's signature dry Martinis and continued to enjoy the...

Mara is what in a perfect world would be your dream restaurant hostess. From her warm welcome to her being literally everywhere , nothing is left undone. She just sees and oversees and inspects and and I will repeat this, sees, overseas, inspects. We ate twice there, first time we had an excellent waiter, second time we had no waiter,...

Myself and my husband stayed in this gorgeous hotel for three nights recently. The location is fantastic - in fact everything about the hotel is/was fantastic. We arrived a little early for check due to train connections from Florence, however, this was not a problem at all. The duty manger were invited us to wait in the gorgeous gardens and...

Had an opportunity to have lunch at the Hotel De Russie and enjoy a private tour of the property during my visit to Rome two weeks ago. I run out of words to praise this hotel because it is truly the ultimate luxury experience in the world. The ultimate is the Nijinsky Suite, while any room on the property would...

If you ever come to Rome, the eternal city, this hotel is a must!!!! The location is not beatable, fantastic surroundings from shopping, dining, nightlife, historic sights, totally amazing. Service is fantastic, food awsome, la Dolce Vita is at best here. Best Terrace in town, even open in winter time.

When we arrived the staff were pleasant and assisted us and the receptions was beautifully decorated, its a very trendy place to stay! We got a large room that faced the street with two big beautiful Italian windows. The room...

Really charming and romantique hotel with an excellent staff. The concierges are amazing; don't hesitate to ask them for any kind of advices: restaurants, places to visit, shopping areas...(they even make the reservations for you, free of charges). The hotel is really close to the famous Scalinata della Trinità dei Monti (The Spanish Steps), and the Piazza del Popolo. The...

This lovely hotel, with its stunning "secret garden", friendly staff and spacious bedrooms, in the heart of Rome, is everything you could wish for. But it's pricey. Continental breakfast at €33 (!!); two coffees and two drinks €55 (!!) takes the shine off....

Staying in Campo Marzio

Neighbourhood Profile
Campo Marzio
From its original role as ancient army training fields to its present-day identity as one of the city’s most desirable neighbourhoods, the Campo Marzio is the best place to get lost in Rome.
