Hotel was very pleasant and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Typical Italian style decor, marble flooring etc which suited us fine. Bedrooms were decorated nicely, what you had in the rooms were more than adequate. No kettle facilities, so bring your own with tea/coffee. Hairdryers supplied. Continental breakfast buffet style, again more than adequate for our needs, plenty to...

Booked last minute as part of Jet2 holiday (brilliant from start to finish) Arrived at 9pm to a warm, friendly welcome. Room was very clean and spacious, air conditioning in room worked perfectly, much needed for 36degree heat! Continental breakfast was great, fresh breads, pastries, meats etc, sitting outside on the patio in glorious sunshine before heading out sightseeing, bliss!...

The hotel is a really nice place, quiet, clean, the staff are friendly, the food is good, there are stores nearby, there's a metro station within 10 minutes walking. The only minus is that it lacks restaurant, but I lived with that :)

Staff really good, very helpful, speak English. Reception area ok. Creaky old lift. Room needs updating, bathroom small, bed ok, general cleaning needs improving e.g there were coffee cup ring stains on bedside cabinets. Room furniture is old and tired, wardrobe doors hanging off hinges. The place needs a modernisation its crying out for decent money to be spent on...

The Hotel is far away from everything. You need to walk about 1 hour to get to the centre. Public transport is not really working. You have to wait for a bus if it comes you are lucky. Staff are sulky, have not experienced any friendly approach from them. They also charge 4 euros a night per person as city...

It was a nice hotel and the room was clean and warm The stuff was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but fine. One night there was not hot water to take a bath, but during the day the water was ok. I could stay there again.

I spent in this hotel one week with my 3 friends and it was a good stay. Hotel is quite far from metro station (around 1,3km), but it is located next to the crowdy, safe street. In that area live just local people, that why is safe- opposite to the Termini area. Hotel is bulit in old style, but i...

I came in Rome with a group of tourists and the hotel was chosen by the Touristic agency, so I was a little worried. But not for longtime. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise, beautiful decorated, warm colors, adequate furniture. I stayed in a single room, at fourth level and during my stay, 5 days, I had no problems...
