Not sure if they have a different rating system over there but this was nowhere near a four star hotel. Rude reception staff, really unwelcoming and unfriendly felt like we were inconveniencing them! The room was nothing like the pictures, small and run down only...More

Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. Rooms on the small side but we didn't spend a lot of time in them. Staff very helpful. Good breakfast options. Close to the main train station and within a reasonable walking distance to many of Romes major...More

The hotel was nice and clean. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and spoke good English and Spanish. Breakfast was continental and food was very fresh. Breakfast was at the rooftop which made it so much pleasurable

Not sure what the ratings service call the Diana but in our four-day stay, we rate it as a fairly good 3-star. Odd entrance and confusing signage. When you get to the lobby, it's sparkling and the staff are excellent. We had a nice balcony...More

A club room is a larger room with more beds. This is not standard so you will not find it on most listings. If you need this style of room you have to search for it. The hotel though its very nice.
