We stayed at Hotel Siena for 4 nights last February. It's a lovely little hotel and we were comfortable there. Our room was quite small, but had everything we needed for somewhere to sleep during our city break. The breakfast was tasty and just what...More

Our room was in the main building of the hotel which did have a safe and hairdryer. I don't know about the annex room. I suggest you send an email to the hotel and ask them. If you're not happy with staying in the annex room, ask if they can accommodate you in the main building. We found the staff to be very helpful with all our queries. I didn't have the correct power adapter for charging my iPhone, and the manager immediately offered me one. Another day when I returned to the hotel from a hectic day exploring Rome, one waiter surprised me with a welcoming cup of coffee :) Our room faced the street, yet it was very quiet.
