Located 5 mins walk from Termini Station (if you're a slow walker) and another 5 mins walk from the best gelato in Rome, the hotel has a great, central location.
The rooms are tidy and decent by Rome standards.

Picked this based on price and easy walking distance from Termini. Pleasant surprise. Clean, comfortable and helpful people. Quiet too, nevertheless the position in a busy street. An ectremely good alternative to larger, and more expensive hotels, and to stay far from the center.
Picked this based on price and easy walking distance from Termini. Pleasant surprise. Clean, comfortable and nice people. Quiet too! They must have outlawed indiscriminant horn honking. Used to stay out of town to get away from it. Not necessary any more.

I choose this hotel because its just a 5 min walk from Rome Termini station and the room size is very generous compared to other hotels nearby!

A five minutes' walk from Termini and very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and the check in only took a few minutes.
The room was very small - or I guess the very comfortable bed was too small for the room.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
