We had a wonderful time with great staff willing to help if they can. Our room was lovely and the location was fantastic but remember the lift to the Spanish steps (136) is to the left of the Metro.Breakfast was nice but a lot of pork (I don't eat it but son does) if travelling with children under 11 years...

Great location with friendly and helpfull staff, the room in the old building were small, while in the new building were in a good size. But it is important to mention the both buildings are not connected to each other, to go from one to the other you have to exist from outside.

Fab place to stay in Rome. Situated at top of Spanish steps it is an ideal base for sightseeing on foot. Lovely clean room, small but what you expect.for city location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to ensure room was warm during recent cold snap. Good breakfast, free tea and coffee and soft drinks...

This hotel was exactly what we wanted to visit the Rome attractions. The location is right near the top of one of Rome's famous sites, The Spanish Steps (with an elevator to reach the bottom). Also, right next to the elevator is a metro station with quick access to Rome's other sites including the Vatican. The Hotel was of the...

Hotel is right across the pricier Hassler Hotel atop Spanish Steps. The room was comfy and minibar contents were free!! They refill whatever you consume every day! The breakfast is also good! Overall a great experience! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very courteous, helpful, and accommodating. This hotel is right at the top of the Spanish steps and it didn't take long...

I real liked my stay there. Employees are very welcoming and rooms we booked were like newly renovated and extremely clean. One very unpleasant thing happened when we checked out. We had many luggages and asked them to keep them while we spend some time before our flight. As their luggage room is packed they put our luggages in their...

Dear Customer, thank you for your comment. Reassure the client that no one steals bags in my hotel is not offensive at all or discriminatory. (Moreover, you should explain to me the meaning of the discriminatory term in this context or what you mean for insults to other countries). The lounge next to the entrance is very well controlled, because...

The service at the hotel was excellent, personable, and caring. It generated a feeling of being at home away from home. Even before the arrival, the information of upcoming visit with specific times and placement of pick up service was excellent with phone numbers for extra check up. The location in the middle of Rome above the Spanish steps was...
