Was planning on staying there for 3 nights in december and have been booked for 3 months. Today they suddenly cancelled my booking! Had to replan and rebook everything. When i contacted customer service, their reply was that they are busy working and cannot contact...More
Would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. The location is good with metro and bus stop nearby but the hotel is average. No proper facilities and the staff is almost negligent. The food can be better as well. I would recommend not to go...More
This location was perfect due to its closeness to the termini (train station) and restaurants. My wife suffers from claustrophobia and although we reserve a room on a lower level they tried to guide us to to an adjoining building and "house" us on a...More

Cannot fault the location as it is very close to station. However, the room needs an update. Breakfast spread was ok and croissant and pastries are cold. Bath towels are more like large tea towels. For the price we pay we deserve real towels.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
