The name Residenza Zanardelli can be found on a nameplate next to a big wooden door. There is a button to press so that you can speak to a receptionist who will let you in and show you how to use the lift. There is one small step at the main door, then 3 steps up to the lift, then... More

Clean and tidy hotel conveniently located in a lovely part of Rome. We enjoyed river walks in the evening, and there were plenty of nice places to eat in the vicinity. The breakfast room is bit of a tight squeeze when others appear at the same time, but there is a nice selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, and eggs. I... More

This is a small 6 room hotel located on the 2nd floor of a building that houses other businesses and residences so it doesn't really look like a hotel. It also has a unique key situation as you need separate keys to enter at street level, the hotel itself and a key card to actually enter your room. But it... More

Room was clean and comfortable, beds & towels were changed daily. Staff were very friendly & helpful, very eager to please. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. The only negative was the communal lobby downstairs which was shared with other residents (Residenza Zardenelli is on the second floor of the building) & everyone's rubbishy was left in open bins behind...
