We stayed in a quadruple room with double bed and sofa bunk bed which was more that adequate for our two teenagers. The bed and breakfast is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly each day. Location is great, walking distance to many sites and the area felt very safe. Breakfast was fantastic and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet our needs. Would definitely book again.

We were very happy with Hotel Zanardelli. It is a small hotel, but guests are well looked after, the staff are friendly and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is in a fantastic location with easy access to all the sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 teenage sons. 1st night we stsyed in room 105, this room faces the rear lane and is very quiet. The room configuration was 1 x double bed and a fold out couch bunk bed. The room was for 4 suitcases. The bathroom had a strong damp smell and they had several insense...

The B&B has only a few rooms, but they are clean and pretty. It is in a beautiful building close to the Tiber and within walking distance of great restaurants and bars where the locals eat. If you are not much of a city person, the traffic might get to you, when opening a window, the traffic is real busy.....
