Fantastic hotel, so modern and beautifully decorated throughout. Spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent. The staff were so very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. All rooms sound proof so you heard nothing from passers by at night. Cracking location everything within walking distance we walked everywhere.

I booked this for our honeymoon, which was delayed 8 years due to waiting for the children to get a little older..! Stupidity on my part let me to book the wrong week initially. Panic! Expedia were worse than useless trying to resolve it. Luckily I then rang the hotel who couldn’t have been more helpful, changed the booking with no fees or stress whatsoever.
Thank you so much!
This wonderful service continued when we arrived. We were about ten minutes early for check in, the helpful receptionist apologised that our room wasn’t ready yet and gave us tokens for a free drink each from the bar while we waiting (2 x mojitos please!) and upgraded us to a junior suite…!
The staff from start to finish were polite, attentive and friendly but also had personalities which made the whole experience lovely.
The room was perfect, bed huge and comfy, spotless and spacious. Not sure about paper cups for the tea and coffee facilities though…?!
We had breakfast included which was wonderful. Local meat and cheese, fresh coffee plus all the other options you would expect.
On our second morning the roof top restaurant was open (for the first time I think?) and breakfast was up there instead. Wow. It’s a roof top breakfast bar with a view of the Rome skyline. Not sure if I need to say anything about how special that is. Perfect. I think the staff were almost as excited and proud of it as we were delighted.
The hotel is in a great location. Trastevere is a characterful neighbourhood, full of the magic of Rome and Italy. Cobbled streets, endless cafes and restaurants, beautiful piazzas and just across the river from all the main tourist attractions. We walked to everywhere from the hotel- the coliseum and area around it is about a 25 minute walk. We did use an Uber to go out for a meal after a siesta and it cost 12Euros to the Pantheon.
Full points for the hotel from us. Customer service from my initial faux pas with the booking to check out was first class. The hotel itself is charming and luxurious.
Highly recommended.

+1
Great hotel in a hip buzzy area. hotel itself is quite new. Room area quite small with consideration of today's suitcases. The bathroom is also very small but it's all very modern clean and stylish
tv does not allow streaming which I think today is essential.
The breakfast is served on the roof with a good range of patties fruits and usual egg bacon etc. Very good staff on the breakfast service
Service from the front desk was also fantastic polite and knowledgeable.
The area comes alive at night . Easy walking to lots of restaurants in Trastevere and a buzzy vibe. However during the day it's very quiet
It's not that close to the historical centre but you need to use the bus system. 115 bus takes you to the piazzale viewpoint.
Bus no 3 from main road to the centre .
As a hotel. We liked it.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. Warmly greeted by reception and breakfast staff. Reception were very attentive with calling taxis, storing luggage, and giving us tips on restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent and relatively spacious - the soundproofing of the door and window were unbelievably effective. Great value and not tired/rundown. The location was great, with several good restaurants and convenience shops on the doorstep, and a very short walk into the heart of Trastevere.

Location make it easy to get to. This would be either by car or walking to restaurants & Shops nearby. Courteous & very helpful Concierge. Beautifully designed & appointed room. Breakfast Service by most pleasant staff to suite many tastes.
Location in our case came in a very convenient way as my wife got sick and the nearest clinic was literally around the corner with subsequent visit to pharmacy a block away. Easy-Peazee

Very clean and modern hotel! Not sure how old but it felt like new. Rooms were large and modern with a very comfy bed. The area and location were great, so much happening at night and so many restaurants to choose from, walking distance to the main attractions. The only downside was the staff, they were quite rude, especially the bar staff. I’m not sure why they wouldn’t open the bar on the rooftop during the day either, it’s a great space but under utilised.

The worst hotel I have stayed in. I uncovered the comforter and a foul smell immediately hit my nose. The bed, near the area where your butt would be smelled foul, very strong sweat smell. It is so strong that the person who made the bed had to have smelled it. Instead of fixing it, they decided to make the bed and seem it acceptable for guests to sleep on. My husband's side of the bed smelled fine. After uncovering the blanket, the entire room now smells bad. Also the walls are very dirty.

Good location and rooms are nice, I just don’t think it’s worth the amount we paid per night. Any time we tried to communicate with the front desk there was a very long wait in the lobby and they never answered the phone when we tried to call from our room. Also, the overpowering smell of perfume throughout the hotel is awful

The property’s location is incredibly convenient to fabulous dining options and at the heart of a very lively area. The property was aesthetically pleasing and well designed and maintained. Breakfast was convenient and a nice touch.
We spent time here near the end of our travels in Rome and Europe and it is unfortunate that I can only say that service was indifferent at best and borderline surly at times, lacking in both hospitality and graciousness, with the exception of the bellmen. It was also impossible to reach anyone by phone at the front desk.

I’ve lived in the Trastevere neighbourhood for 6 years and chose to stay at this relatively new hotel on my last two nights before returning to the UK. From the excellent staff, cleanliness and all round smooth functionality, it hit all the high notes and gave me just the send off I had hoped from Rome. I have stayed at the sister UNAHOTEL in Naples and had the same experience of calm, understated efficiency that I found here. It is not the cheapest of hotels but you get what you pay for. An added bonus in Trastevere was the roof terrace - there are certainly better views from other hotels, but the terrace is still a calm oasis above the business and noise of Trastevere’s narrow, cobbled streets.
