Staff were excellent and I could not fault them. The rooms however let this hotel down. The beds were extremely hard, any time someone showered or went to the toilet we could hear the water (possibly due to being ground floor). You could hear anyone in the corridor (lots of broken sleep due to this) as well as being able...

The staff are more than helpful, very friendly Restaurant is not open Sunday evenings a day no restaurants near by Very rough area The free shuttle is a pain as you need to hook by 6pm (so if you arrive later you have no chance) Beds are very hard and struggle to sleep, minimal bedding, hear whenever anyone above you...

We booked 1 room for 2 nights and were so delighted with our choice. The rooms are stunning! There's a great restaurant on the rooftop, the breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed the cosy atmosphere and the kind staff.

Hotel itself was very good with excellent staff but regrettably too far from the city centre. Took 45/50 minutes to get to city using bus to metro the metro to city centre. Cost about 6 euros per person for round trip. However travel time ate into our holiday time ( nearly 2 hours there and back) and it was not...

What a wonderfully welcoming hotel, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bright and came with a cell phone that you can take out with you to make calls or check routes with. A short bus ride from Laurentina metro interchange, then a metro to the heart of Rome. It really was a great base...

This hotel was a great surprise ! Infact the position is not central, and I didn't expect such a beautiful structure! The room was one of biggest ever stayed, and reception girls were really gentlewoman!!

Recently renovated hotel, infact I could still smell the paint. Ambience - Good Cleanliness - Good Breakfast - Average Restaurant food - poor Location - poor, not close to metro station or markets or restaurants. free shuttle is a trap. You have to book shuttle for next day by 6:00 PM. I will not stay at this hotel again unless...

The hotel was about a 20 minute taxi ride from the hotel but you still have to pay the fixed fare. This was a friendly, clean and recently renovated hotel but it's no where close to anything, not even the metro. Their shuttle is free to the metro station and leaves about every hour but you have to book 24...

My wife and I stayed at Warmthotel for two nights, pretty cool place, nothing bad about this hotel that we've noticed. Wifi works very good, breakfast is great, but have to come before big groups come in. Waiter at the breakfast area did awesome job and works too hard by himself. Overall good place to stay. We had a car...
