This hotel is a solid 30 min drive to downtown and a 1 hr walk to the Vatican. The room is ok but has a small tv and cramped bathroom. The biggest issue is the hotel turns off the air conditioning in your room during the day! This is completely unacceptable nobody wants to get back to their room in...

We were staying at Ergife Palace because we were attending a conference at the hotel and it was most convenient from that point of view. As almost every other review says, it is a very large hotel with a huge swimming pool. It was too cold for us to swim in September, but we had a nice view of the...

Stayed 2 nights with a tour group. Staff was great, rooms were good size. Breakfast had a good selection. Beds are rock hard and pillows were flat. Located about 15 mins outside the city and sights. It does get busy with work groups and tour groups.

Very nice hotel, great service. Good buffet breakfast Be aware no pool or air conditioning in March/April even if it's hot. A lot of tour companies and conferences at hotel so can be very busy at times.

This is a huge hotel, comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful. Wi-fi works well. The breakfast was good. It is situated far from the main tourist attractions and 15 min walk from the nearest metro station.

I had to stay here for a work congress. The conference facilities are pretty good and the main lobby area is nice to hang out in for a coffee, however the rooms and food were horrible. The bedding in the room seemed like it was from the 70's and the green fuzzy blanket under the old cover was equally horrifying....
