This hotel is billed as 4 Star but I really don’t know how!!! It’s very tired & run down, the air conditioning in the room did not work & when we asked about it the guy on reception said you just open the window. It’s...More

Old, tired, room too hot, air com not working, definitely not 4 star as expected. Would say 2 star at the very very best. Close to the train station if that is important to you. Small rooms. Wifi in the lobby only.
We were impressed on arrival. Awesome location near the red bus tours and the train. Beautiful traditional family resturants within 20m of Hotel Luce. Now the Hotel. Neat very clean and very tidy. Breakfast is basic and fulfilling. A very relaxing atmosphere to start planing...More
The hotel is nice.
We were staying there for 5 nights and the place is good. If you are planning to go with a small child, you need to double check with a hotel, because they need to prepare baby cot. We didn’t had it....More
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
Hi, I'm not sure if there is parking facilities as we got the tram from the airport, so might be worth contacting the hotel but it is very close to the main road. It is only one road behind the main road. Hope that helps

It's 1 minute away from termini station where you would be able to take the metro to the Vatican, it's definitely not walking distance. As far other attractions, maybe a 30 or 40 minute walk to the coliseum and possibly a 25 minute walk to Spanish steps and trevi fountain if you're walking fast.
