Staff were exceptional to accommodate special requests and are very flexible. Hotel is remote for sightseeing and on a very busy road but I guess this is reflected in the price. Only that if you only have a short trip you end up spending lots on cabs to get to town. Otherwise public transport is there but can take about... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as a party of 2 adults and 1 child. In summary the hotel is fine, not "average" but then not "very good" either. The reception and publics areas conform to the typical city hotel style; small but efficient, clean etc. Its an older building converted at some point and has a few nice features. Size... More

We picked this hotel because it had 4 stars rating, obviously it is self-rated hotel. Bathroom was leaking, flooding everytime you use the shower. Slow water flow in bath and problem with flushing toilets. Breakfast is repeat everyday not good selection of breakfast at all. We stayed here 3 nights and never bothered sitting down for breakfast the 3rd day... More

Stayed here for 3 nights. Found the staff quite friendly Claudia was very helpful in giving us directions. Bus stop 5 min walk around the corner that takes you in to central Rome and tram 2 min walk that will take you to the Vatican City. Both journeys take about 30min each. Found a few nice restaurants local to eat... More

Ended up here by coincidence. (The hotel -- from the same hotel group -- that I had been booked in had "some problem" and could not accommodate my reservation initially, so they transferred me with their car service to this place.) Staff was trying and friendly. Room is actually nice. Small and a bit spartan and no writing desk but... More

I was there with another 4 friends on 22/10. The first impression of the hotel was good. The staffs even served us with light welcome drinks when we arrived in the morning. However, we got shocked of the room was small for 3 persons. The sound proof was poor. We literally hear the noises from the road and next door... More

I stayed one night at this hotel. The hotel is ok, but to be honest I expect more from a 4 star hotel. The room was small but clean and the wifi was good. Breakfast was adequate but I expect more from a 4 star hotel as there weren't that many items to choose from. Staff were friendly and polite.

We truly enjoyed our stay here when we were in Rome. The first time when we arrived, we were a little bit skeptical because it was a small villa. Upon entering the room, we were a little bit taken aback by the size of the bedroom. However, very soon after we unpacked, we found ourselves adjusted to the room. The... More

If we had not arrived in Rome late, tired and hungry we would have left this hotel and gone somewhere else. whilst the downstairs entrance, reception and breakfast area are attractively decorated our room was awful. Small, old furniture and old paintwork. it was depressing and definitely not a 4 star room. the bathroom was even worse with old fittings,... More

Dear Madam, I am very sorry to hear that you arrived in Rome late, tired and hungry. When we accepted a call from the pharmacy nearby and gave you our very last available room with no prior notification, promising to change it the next day, and preparing it from the previous departure with less than 15 minutes notice, we did...
