I have visited Rome in May 2019 and even though the weather was not not so good the hotel was fabulous I strongly recomand it. It is located in a very posh neighborhood next door is the Canadian Ambasy and also there is a good and cheep Chinese Rest (up the street) .
You can have a stroll (about 5 min) until you reach the entrance to Villa Borgheze Park and from there you after a 30 min walk through the park you can reach Piazza del Popolo.
The staff of the hotel was very friendly and always helpful , the breakfast was good ( the pastry very good ) the coffe also and the cappucino :) they also have a nice terrace near the Rest and you can have breakfast there
And in the evening you can enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fire place in the Living Room part of the hotel next to the Reception.
The Metro Station S. Agnese/Annibaliano about 18 minutes walk from the hotel and there are a lot of nice local Restaurants in that area
The rooms are not big but they are nice decorated and very stylish , because we were celebratig our Aniversary I think they gave us a free upgrade and the Wi Fii is free all over the hotel .
So in conclusion I recomand Hotel Villa Graziolli to everyone looking for a Romantic getaway .

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the location is very accessible by bus to landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. Breakfast is included which was a buffet style savoury (eggs and bacon) as well as sweet (croissants and fresh fruit) + coffee!
Within walking distance there is a shopping centre and many little shops to check out. The staff is very accommodating and the building was well heated even during the winter months.

We booked this hotel through Secret escapes (UK).
Perhaps since we came through that website we were given the worst room? We stayed in room 28 on the first floor.
The bed was two singles pushed together and you had to walk sideways to move around the foot end of the bed. The air conditioning was off, and the room got stuffy very quickly. Opening the windows was not worth the fumes from the busy road outside, not to mention the horrendous traffic noise.
The bathroom was small, but it smelt of stale wee at all times. It looked clean to the eye but the wee smell put you off. The shower screen is useless, as soon as anyone has a shower the water goes out the end and all over the floor, making the tiles extremely slippery and dangerous. Only on the second (and last) night of our stay were we provided with a bath mat.
The breakfast is very basic Only the Friday morning there was no hot food at all and you have to ask for coffee or tea and then wait for 15 minutes for it to appear. The fruit was old and bruised - and not washed! Had to ask for the bread to be put out both days to make toast - which was pulled out from a bottom drawer and was not stored hygienically at all. On Saturday there was scrambled eggs and bacon on offer as the hot food but the rolls were rock hard.

the location is not what it was cracked up to be. The closest bus stop is 5 minutes walk down a poorly lit (dog poo infested) side street which then takes 35minutes to Terminii station. There were minimal eating places nearby and the area itself was graffiti ridden and dirty.

The reception staff were welcoming and kind however.

To be clear, we thought we were staying at the Villa Grazioli in Grottoferrata (near Frascati), and only realized our mistake when we looked up the location to put it into the GPS.

The hotel is very pleasant and the staff helpful. Parking is VERY limited - space for a maximum of 4 small cars, and driving in Rome is .... exciting. Our Garmin was totally confused.

A few odd things about our room - or more precisely - the bathroom. Not sure why the faucet is set so high that water splashes everywhere when you try to use the sink. It would also be nice if the toilet paper roll didn't fly off the holder.

The breakfast room was delightful, with botanical prints and the opportunity to eat outside.

Lovely neighbourhood to walk around, and very close to the park with the Borghese Galleria.

Unfortunately, we did not get a renovated room and while we did not book a renovated room, we hoped one would be available after our room was assigned. There were rooms they could have upgraded/changed us to, but they said they were full, which is questionable, but I am unable to dispute. Our room was clean and just okay, however the toilet and shower were not in good working order and this really is not acceptable for a hotel that rates itself as a four star.

Staff was friendly and the location was very good. Bus and tram are available into the historic center and if you are fit you can walk.

Staying in this hotel was perfect because during my visit to Rome I was looking for a hotel close to city center but not in the middle of it, in which i could completely relax and easily reach everywhere. For my sorprise, besides being perfect located and cozy, this hotel offered me an amazing Local food menu that i enjoyed during my whole 5 days stay together with perfect chilling music and also impeccable service, since every time i found the room completely clean. I have to mention also that the historic architecture that this hotel preserves in every detail inside of it, from ceiling to Floor made my stay magic... Completely recomended :)

Wonderful hotel! Very beautiful lobby and hall! Lovely delicious breakfasts, very welcoming and friendly staff.
The rooms are nice and comfortable too. We stayed in a room for two and it was very convenient. And I would like to mention especially the very nice soft bed and the big shower.
Also the hotel has its own bikes and there is a park nearby where you can cycle or run in the morning.
The location is great - even though it is not very close to the subway, it is extremely close to the bus station and to the city center of Rome even on foot. The area is very clean and beautiful, the hotel itself is right next to the embassy so it is very safe around.
Thank you very much to the hotel and the staff for our stay!

During our 8 nights stay we had to change 3 rooms due to a misunderstanding that was mainly my travel agency's fault rather than the hotel's. So, we ended up with a room that didn't satisfy us but the staff and the manager made everything possible to upgrade us upon availability of the room we wanted, without extra charge.
We even got a couple of drinks and a free Prosecco wine bottle for our 15 yrs wedding anniversary.

Gianmarco at the reception was very helpful and polite and we wish to thank him for making our stay comfortable. Also the rest of the staff at the front desk. However, the hotel (including the mattresses) is in need of renovation (at least the older part) . The area is not touristic at all, smart restaurants around and plenty of transportation options to the centre.

I would stay there again, provided it is renovated.

Room Tip: Noise level depends on the type of room one gets. Some rooms are quieter due to modern windows.

Small but comfortable room. In a quiet neighborhood and convenient to Rome's center by cab. They took care of all our transportation needs by calling for cabs which never took more than 3 minutes to arrive. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. Ask the front desk for recommendations and make reservations.
