We stayed here for three nights while in Rome. Front desk was very helpful and nice. They do require paper copies of your reservation. The only hotel that did. Make sure you have the hotel arrange your airport transportation or you will pay double. Hotel also helped with taxi to Vatican. We walked to everything except Vatican. About 15-20 minute walk to train station. Hotel also made recommendations to good restaurants close by. The room as nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. In the evenings our group spent time in the bar area. They had specials every night. Spend $20 and receive a bottle of wine.

This is a cute little hotel that we stayed in. It was literally walkable to a lot places that made us experience more how the streets of Rome are. The staff was friendly. Their elevator is so cute too. Love it!

Great location you can walk to some of main attractions such as Villa Borgese, Spanish steps. In addition, close to transportation to get to Vatican and Colosseum. Clean and quiet rooms. Good breakfast however if you would like to sit comfortable on weekend come early for breakfast. Very friendly staff and speak different languages. We will stay there again for sure.

My partner and I have just spent 5 nights at hotel Montecarlo and it was fine for what we paid and wanted. Would I return? Possibly not. The rooms are very basic, the beds could definitely have been much more comfortable and there was some strange smell in the bathroom every night. We were up and out every day so hardly spent much time in the the room so it was ok if you’re on a budget. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the Termini which will get you anywhere and everywhere so great for location.
