It was a joy to stay here. Upon arrival we were informed that our room was not ready but that we were being upgraded to a junior suite. What a welcome surprise as I was traveling alone with two children. The room had recently been redone and was a lovely home base for our stay. The location was ideal-we only...

What a sensational hotel! We were collected by one of their drivers from the airport, and from that moment on felt totally relaxed. Check in was warm and courteous: since our arrival was earlier than the regular check in time the room they had selected for us was not ready, and they advised us to wait for its preparation. So...

Great location right behind the Pantheon and close to major sites like the Piazza Navona, the Palazzo Colonna or the Doria Pamphili, the Jesuit churches, the Campidoglio and the Forum among others. Very friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable concierge, and great barman. Breakfast on the roof terrace with it's incredible views is a must. Could use some updating of the...

We came to Rome for a week and selected this hotel for location, never expecting to be so impressed by the hotel itself. The staff, service and room were exceptional. The lobby and rooftop were beautiful. We definitely would come back to this hotel and highly recommend it. Absolutely no complaints.

Stayed here 4 nights. Had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the square. It was wonderful. 2 lovely beds, mini bar, lovely bathroom. Hotel staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was wonderful on their top terrace and the weather was hot and sunny which made it. Taxis outside all the time if you need one. 48...

The hotel is at a crossroads. Renovation is almost finished (you do not notice) so if you ask explicitly for the renovated rooms, you get heaven on Earth. Location is almost perfect (next to Pantheon, Piazza Navona 5 minutes, Trevi fountain 15 minutes walk), Rome could not be closer. Rooftop breakfast is the best way to start your day. This...

Stayed here for two nights, what a lovely hotel, very clean, great location (walking distance to colosseum), and although a bit pricey the cocktails are lovely well worth a try. If we go to Rome again this is the hotel we will book.

We are still currently staying at the Grand Hotel de la Minerve and are on our second night and wish we could leave. We have been stressed and had nothing but disappointment since check in yesterday. The reception desk is repeatedly rude to us (perhaps because we are young female travelers) and not helpful with our issues. First, we requested...
