Located near Trevi, this B&B is owned by Alessandro (a native Roman) and Elyssa, his American wife. They offer everything you need and are the perfect base for your stay. Rooftop floor has terrace, breakfast room and lounge. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fun! Made all of our restaurant reservations. Very safe area. Jenny and Patsy

Stayed at Daphne for six nights with my college age daughter. Fantastic location. The room was clean and quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is great. You can walk to most locations. The owners are on premises and they and their staff can help you get tickets, train reservations, guides, and even offer their own guided tours. Cannot say enough good...

I always stay at the Daphne when I'm in Rome. The location is great and you feel like you've got an apartment in the city. Their suites are contemporary and spacious, and the staff is wonderful. Elyssa and Alessandro are superb hosts, and they've recently added a fabulous covered outdoor patio for breakfast or afternoon cocktails and relaxation. I would...

We loved our stay at the Daphne! The location is super, the staff was wonderful, and our suite was spacious. We enjoyed sitting outside on the public patio at the end of our day, catching up with our family. It was great to have this option so we didn't have to gather in one room. Highly recommend!

We booked the Daphne-Rome based on the wonderful reviews and they did not disappoint! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5, 3 large bedrooms with king size beds, 2 full bathrooms in the apartment with free wifi and breakfast included. The location is within walking distance of most of the places one must see when in Rome. They...

Let me see how to begin ... I am kind of lost for word because if there's a perfect review for me, this is it. This was our first trip to Italy (my wife, two boys and I) and we chose to stay in Rome first before moving on to Florence. We checked into Daphne Trevi on July 2 -...

This was a mother, daughter trip to Rome. I was so nervous, but they were so gracious and accommodating. They arranged a private car to pick us up, advised of what to look out for, where to eat and what to do and how to do it. They made dinner reservations for us and booked Vatican and Coliseum tkts online...

Loved this hotel and I stay here all the time! Nothing beats the staff here. They are so attentive and have great recommendations for restaurants. They take the time out to describe each and every dish at breakfast and helped me make restaurant bookings all the way in Florence and Venice. Did I mention the location is unbeatable? Next to...

The quality of the room, the breakfast, and especially the staff made our stay at Daphne a joy. We do not care much about lavish lobbies, but we care about nice bathrooms, comfortable beds, cleanliness, safety, and help in navigating in a large, complex city like Rome. Elyssa, Allessandro, Gianni, and Carlo were all splendid -- friendly, knowledgeable, and always...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.

You will find fresh fruit and pastries with your coffee in the morning, wireless Internet service, a cell phone to use during your visit with us, and plenty of advice on where to go and what to see in Rome. We focus on customer service, not on expensive lobbies and unnecessary extras. Daphne Trevi is on a quiet side street, about 2- minute's walk from the Barberini metro stop, and 5 - minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps.
