The room had a terrible odor. No a/c in the room, I had to insist to get it turn on. The phone in the room didn't connect with reception so I had to keep going back there which by the way was in another building. The tv didn't work either and there was too much noise coming from outside or...

Unbearable smell in the room (like it was closed for years) that we couldn't stand being inside. the reception was in another building and the breakfast (which was not so rich and good ) was served there too. We wouldn't stay there now even for free

The best thing I can say about this place is that it has a good location just outside of the touristy areas. Our first few nights were in a larger room with our own bathroom. We had to switch rooms half way through- which was smaller with a shared bathroom- turned out to be problematic at times.

The room was of a good size good lighting clean and tidy. Fresh towels daily nice clean bathroom although small. TV had 1 channel. Not enough plug sockets. Building work still in progress so could not use balcony which was a shame but not a problem. Good location for transport. Staff are friendly breakfast average. We would recommend.

The 3 stars are completely misleading. I have been in B&B much better than HB. Great location for an hotel that looks like an hostel. The service is great and the staff very friendly. It would be a nice compromise if you are only looking for a place to stay and no demand nor expectation. The toilet is very basic,...

I find this hotel very comfortable and nice! The place is very close of bus station and city center. It was not necessary to use the public transport as we could get let's say everywhere by walk. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly to us. He helped us with all our queries and questions so we could feel nice...

This place is in a great location within walking distance to most of Rome's attractions and a short walk from the main train station. Rooms were on the small side but contained everything you need and so if you only need somewhere to sleep then this is the perfect hotel for you. Wifi is not free as advertised so be...
