The hotel is ok. It's located within sight (across the street) from the River Tiber. It's between St angelas bridge and Umberto the first bridge. Close to the Plaza novenna. Lots of great restaurants and a great place to visit for public square entertainment. Music and performance artist, fountains, great gelato. Memo restaurant which is a MUST. Ask Vincenzo at...

We got there after the long trip from the US, no one opened the door until we were just ready to leave, 2/3 mornings we stayed could not have breakfast: one time, attendant said it was "too busy" , there was no one available to even ask anything. The last morning we woke up to take a train to Florence...

Residenza Ave Roma is perfectly situated for leisure trip in the heart of Rome. Best thing about this property is its location. Area is easily accessible from both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, only 500-600 meters from Piazza Cavour where SIT Bus Shuttle stop is (Via Crescenzio 2). Most places of interest like Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Castel Sant'Angelo and...

Do not take any notice of the negative reviews- this is what it says, a bed and breakfast in the heart of Romas big attractions. It is quaint and very friendly, thanks to the amazing services of Vera (who takes care of the rooms, breakfast and will recommend places to eat and drink) and Vincenzo (who gives you a map...

Moldy smell in the room, disgusting toilet brush. As the walls are very thin, you can hear everything that happens in the next room, so it is not so comfortable. Breakfast was poor, coffee was horrible. I don't recommend it.

We had the experience of this hotel on our visit to Rome in january '17. As a city hotel this is perfect! It has a great location with short distance to most of the main attractions in Rome. We walked around to everything! The staff is more than just friendly - they helped us find great attractions and restaurants everyday...

This small hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the river and the castle, the staff could not have been more accommodating from money saving tips to taxi bookings and restaurant recommendations. Everything you need is in the rooms a safe, wardrobes, private bathrooms and WiFi and breakfast are included which was unexpected. You can walk easily to most of...

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay! The customer service is exceptional - they were very quick to help us with sights to see, to call us cabs to and from the airport and the breakfast was very nice! Vincenzo went to an extra effort to make our stay special with a bottle of prosecco as well! Thank you!

This was the worst place we have ever been in. Half of the rooms are facing the street, and we stayed in one of them. You can’t open the window, because it is at the street level - you are literally watching people’s shoes while they are walking. The whole room smelled bad in many ways - musty, urine and...

Dear Client, i'm very surprise of your comment about our hotel! First of all because you didn't any complaint to our reception during your stay; for second because anyone in last months gave us a bad review about our hotel. We clean very well everyday all the rooms of our hotel, we do maintenance of every room all the months...

Our stay at the Residenza Ave Hotel was so great. We only had 3 days in Rome and so I wanted to try to see most of the city. Staying in this hotel was a huge help with that goal because it was so close to everything! We never walked more than a half an hour to any site we...
