We stayed at Mercure Hotel in Piazza Bologna as part of an organized group tour. We found the bartenders, Dario and Alessandro, to be extremely accommodating and friendly. As a group, we spent every evening gathered at the bar sharing our day's events. The bar staff was friendly and happily served our group of lively, excited Americans.

Stayed here for a few nights for our Rome City break . It is a little bit out of the centre but within 5mins walking distance to the metro which again is a 5 min journey into the centre . Really quiet neighbourhood which we liked . Hotel check in was efficient and friendly. Our double room was clean and...

I stayed at this hotel for the last week of a month long vacation to Italy and Amsterdam. I almost cried with relief because it felt so familiar. You hear others complaining, "It is a chain hotel. It is not authentic Italy." Here is my realization after 3 weeks in a country where I do not speak the language, am...

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the open air atrium, the breakfasts and bar area. It seems to be in a residential area, but only a block away are many shopping and eating opportunities. My only complaint: our laundry did not get picked up, even though we got it to the...

The hotel has everything you need small gym, free internet and a good breakfast area. The staff were a real highlight... were very helpful and could...

The quality of the service, breakfast, rooms and the location (2 min from the Metro Station and in a quite area of Rome) makes this a good option for all the Accor (and not only) users. The price was fare having in account all the points above.
