Have recently stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The entrance and reception area is very grand and looks impressive on arrival. The staff at the front desk were always very friendly, polite and accomodating. Once you pass through the grand entrance the rest of the hotel does come down a notch in the decour department. (just... More

The hotel is in a good location only a 10/15 minute walk from the station and within walking distance to the Colluseum. The room was very small with minimum daylight. The breakfast was varied and a good start to the day. We weren't in the room too much as we were out most of the day so didn't bother changing... More

We stayed for four nights here last week for our honeymoon. Pluses certainly outweigh the minuses and include its location, friendly and helpful staff, a decent breakfast and some thoughtful tips such as leaving fresh grapefruit and nibbles out for the guests when we have come back from a day's sightseeing. The foyer in particular is very smart as is... More

Apologies loyal readers as I know it has been a while since I last reviewed a hotel but fear not I've just downloaded the TA app so hope to be posting again more regularly. My single night stay at this establishment started well with the friendly reception staff allowing an almost 3 hours early check-in. Early merit points earned! After... More

Great location for central Rome. Particularly welcoming and helpful staff. Terrific breakfast buffet. We could not have had a more enjoyable stay and would strongly recommend and return. Room modest in size but all that was needed. Well appointed and comfortable. Staff made it for us.

This is a well located hotel that's within easy reach of most of the famous landmarks. If you're after a luxurious hotel, then this is certainly not for you. Don't get me wrong, the staff are great, the hotel is exceptionally clean, but that's where it ends. The rooms are very noisy with thin walls. Every time someone uses the... More

Very central to site seeing...walking distance for most of the sites you might /will want to visit. Very clean rooms . Hair dryer and all other bathroom items supplied, dressing gowns ,slippers, shampoo, toothbrush etc . Excellent breakfast with such a variety of foods ...self service. Lift to all floors ...not a fast one ,but does the job. English speaking staff.

Good location, nice breakfasts.... that's it. The room was not that comfortable and some of the staff were not very helpful. Luckily, we did not spend much time in the hotel because there was so much to do in Rome, but after a long day (and night) of touring, it would have been to return to a more inviting setting.

Went with friends. We all booked on Expedia and paid the same. Friends got a charming room in the main house, i got a dump in the annex. The location of the hotel is good. Bus #64 takes you straight to the Vatican, no need for a taxi. Also not far from the he train station. Though it is on... More

What I like best about this is the Location. It is situated along via nacionale with shops and restaurants and even close to Via Del Corso, Colosseum etc. Breakfast was also superb. Rooms are just okay.
