Hmm. Mixed feelings about this hotel. Its basic. Its rated 4 star but in England, this is 3 star at the very most. Its in an excellent location, within walking distance of most things. 10 mins from the Trevi fountain and the most excellent restaurant that you'll struggle to find better in Rome, 10 mins from the Colliseum and 30...

This hotel is in a good location to walk to many things in Rome or take the subway or bus. There is one bus stop right outside the hotel. The gelateria across the street is good and there are numerous small bars near the hotel as well. The wifi was free but did not work well. I ended up turning...

The hotel is centrally located. Staff are friendly and professional. You can tell the building is old but rooms are clean and renovated. Close to metro, bus stop right out front. Trevi Fountain was a 10 min walk and the colosseum was a 15 min walk. Santa Maria Maggiore was a 10 min walk so be sure to check if...

Staying here at the moment. Check in was fine, staff very pleasant. However, the water was tepid at best in the morning. In the evening, it was stone cold. Contacted reception and was advised that the whole hotel had no hot water and would not be fixed until tomorrow at some point. Was told I would have to wash and...

The entrance to the hotel is lovely. Staff were very friendly on check in. Asked for an early check in but they weren't able to assist. The staff provided a good overview of the city and where all the attractions were in relation to the hotel. We had a superior room which was fairly comfortable, but shaped odd. Room was...

The location was great, walking distance to Colliseum (20 mins) bus to vatican stops opposite, and Termini train station 10 mins walk. Room was nice, disappointed with no tea and coffee making facilities!, king size bed, very clean. every member of staff friendly except for one. When we were checking out we encountered a very rude guy behind the desk,...

Firstly fantastic location- only minutes to everything, longest walk Vatican City about 40 mins but well worth walking as you see so much more. A number of reviews say how small rooms are but ours (523) more than adequate for 2 although a little hot - not sure about air con in the end turned everything off and then perfect.....

This place is really horrible. Small rooms like nothing you have ever seen before. I agree with the description that not even your suitcase fits. Walls are PAPER thin! This means you hear every conversation going on in the next room, bathroom visits, nose blowing and just everything! Terrible beds. Terrible pillows. Terrible sleep quality! Find somewhere descent to stay!
