We stayed for 3 nights in January (2 adults, 2 children) in the new annex. Hotel is in a great location and very well presented. The barman on Monday & Tuesday night recommended some great restaurants to try, so do ask him. He will also book for you and he makes excellent Aperol Spritz. Would stay again.

We stayed in the annex which is just round the corner to the main hotel. I usually have some complaint about a hotel but have nothing but praise for Hotel Stendhal. The location is perfect, the service is great and the room was to a very high standard. The attention to detail really made the difference. It felt like a...

What I really want to say is I am surprised in how friendly stuffs in the hotel are. They offer to help move our large and heavy luggage to our room. They give us lots of help! There is a gentle man who is knowledgeable, nice, friendly, warm, and so on. He is just too perfect to describe in a...

This small hotel, in very central location (between the Spanish stairs to Fontana di Trevi and close to the metro station). Nice, spacious and very clean room. The front side may be little noisy so try to ask rear window room.

Had 2 days in Rome. Short walk from Termini train station and close to all sites or subway. The staff was very helpful and held onto our luggage for us after we checked out so we could site see before heading back to the train station.

Our room was first class, clean and charming with a double door opening to a quiet inner sunlit court. The staff was pleasant and very helpful from the front desk to the room service and cafe. The full service breakfast included was delicious and varied...and the coffee was rich. The hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of many...

Staying in Colonna

Neighbourhood Profile
Colonna
Frantic fashionistas, pedicured politicos, goal-oriented tourists, and on-the-go locals cross paths every day in Colonna, a delightful chaos in the very centre of the city. Even though it has some of the city’s loveliest sites—a 2nd century column, Belle Epoque shopping centre, and a magnificent Baroque parliament building—Colonna is not just another pretty face, but the cosmopolitan eye of Rome’s cultural storm. Colonna can safely say it has the best of Rome: museums, boutiques, window displays, restaurants, cafes, and people watching.
