Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in November for business. I received an additional charge on my card - inquired via email to the hotel 4-5 times and they aren’t responding to my inquiries. Extremely frustrating. Very unfortunate as the hotel is quite lovely.

this hotel is well located, 5 minutes from the train to the airport and 7 minutes from the metro, which is pretty much 2 stations from any major site in Rome. the hotel is well decorated and the price was cheap compared to other 4 star hotels.
