If you want to feel the spirit of Roma choose this place. Really nice and very helpful owners. Very close to Vatican and another attractions of the Old Town. Safe area. We walked around till 1 a.m. with our teenage kids and ended on cosy terrace of this b&b. I felt like in the Almodovar movie in this beautiful flat....

We were excited to start our Italy trip with a visit to Rome and choose the Pratinnvatican due to its location and great reviews. Unfortunately, we couldn't stay at the property due to no hot water. We were therefore put up in a serviced apartment. Not what we expected but we understand that these things happen. The apartment we were...

Great little B&B, decor is pretty dated but they are updating it this year. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It was hard to find at first as only a little sign outside but looked it up beforehand which helped. Breakfast was great, they served croissants, cold meats, yogurt and fruit. Bed was really comfy and bathroom was lovely. Would...

We booked via Agoda. A triple room. But we forgot (our mistake) to change the number of persons. And actually either 2 or 3 persons, Agoda would charge us the same price. The night we arrived, the host insisted us to pay an additional charge €10/night for the third person in the triple room. We found it really unpleasant. But...

Got back from visiting Rome with my girlfriend a few days ago and we had the most amazing time. We decided to chose the the Pratinn Vatican Guest House based on location, price & reviews from Tripadvisor and we weren't let down at all. We did find it tricky to find until as Google Maps was 100% accurate but what...

Let me start by saying there is absolutely nothing wrong with the accommodation at all. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable, Cyntia is very helpful and friendly, the rate was very reasonable for Rome. The accommodation is a converted apartment in a residential block .. Cyntia does not live on site. When we stayed (for a week) Breakfast...

First of all, the beds in this place are sooooo comfortable, make it hard for you to leave the room even when you already have your itinerary lined up. Second, the breakfast is fulfilling and the staff made the drink for you, cappuccino, tea, so it's not totally self-service like breakfast in a hostel. BUT, Cynthia starts preparing breakfast at...

The Pratinn Guesthouse is a decent place to stay when in Rome. It is about a fifteen minute walk to the Vatican and you can get to most other attractions from there on foot if you are willing to walk a while. The accommodation is decent. It was safe, reasonably clean and the amenaties were adequate. The fridge in our...

Staying here was an amazing experience. Definitely recommending it to friends and family. The rooms are really nice; not that spacious, but sufficiently well-equipped. Vatican museum at 200m! The host, Cyntia, is amazing. She helps you sort out all issues you might have concerning transportation, or musea. She is incredibly friendly. No negative experiences whatsoever throughout the entire stay.

I have just returned from my trip to Rome, where we stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are not very big, but comfortable enough. The bathroom was very nice and new, the bed was very comfortable and there is also a fridge, a water boiler and a tv in the room. The best thing about this place...
