Stayed three nights for our wedding anniversary. Loved the hotel. Staff were super helpful. Fantastic location. Great free breakfast. Location was fab and we walked to most places like the Trevino fountain, pantheon and the colosseum. Fantastic pizza place downstairs.

Excellent service with breakfast. Great location near Pantheon. Not cheap, but worth every dollar. We stayed in the penthouse which gave personal access to rooftop with TWO jacuzzi! Helpful staff have good advice on restaurants and sights. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great located hotel, the staff are absolutely delightful and bend over backwards to help so it is difficult to write this review, however I believe people need to know some of the difficulties relating to this hotel. If you do not want a shower in the main room (no privacy) you will need to tell the hotel...

They reached out to us to schedule a driver before our arrival. The driver was prompt and professional (50 euros from Fiumicino). We arrived early in the morning after our international flight. It's a bit of a climb if you choose to take the stairs. The elevator is functional, even though it looks old. Once we located the entrance there...

My husband and I spent 3 nights here to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed!! Amazing location, we literally walked to everything, we didn't take cabs anywhere! Jolwyn and the team couldn't do enough to help us with our bookings for the sights and giving advice on where to eat. The rooftop jacuzzis were fantastic after...

We stayed in Antoine's place for 2 nights after having checked-out of previous accommodation early. Arriving at Relais Badoer was a bit tricky as the address was not known to our taxi driver (could be his issue as well) and because the accommodation is on the top floor of an old building with retrofitted elevator - and this elevator is...

The best location you could ask for in Rome! Fantastic touch having the hot tubs in the roof, great for having a soak before a night out! Breakfast included so no need to search around for a cafe in the morning before a day of sightseeing. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Roma!

Absolutely loved this place. It's in a fantastic location. Managed to walk to most attractions or you can easily get the bus or metro from here. The staff were amazing. The property looks small but has a lovely roof terrace which does continental breakfast and it has a hot tub that connects to your Bluetooth...too much fun! We got complimentary...

This lovely little hotel is within walking distance to pretty much all of the attractions in central Rome. The breakfast is really nice and everyone is fully prepared to help you with anything from organising trips to going out to get apple juice instead of orange for my brother. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, especially with the rooftop jacuzzi!

We recently stayed at this mini hotel- wonderful! It was scorchingly hot in Rome and this was a small haven in the middle of the city. After spending a morning out and about we would cool off for a couple of hours on the rooftop before heading out to explore Rome in the evening. Breakfast and overall service was great-...

Staying in Ghetto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ghetto
The mini-neigbourhood Ghetto holds tight to its reputation as a stand-alone area thanks to its nearly 300-year history as the home to Rome’s Jewish community. Times changed in the 20th century, but the tiny area still retains its mix of tradition, community, and history. Ancient and medieval architectural design frames apartments, bakeries, shops, and restaurants. Friends and families are the pulse of the neighbourhood, keeping company on the Via del Portico d’Ottavia. The Ghetto observes the traditional Jewish Shabbat: businesses close from Friday sundown to Saturday sundown.

“There are only about 5 rooms and I think all are good. One is a little small and if there is no one else there they will put you in one of the larger ones. We stayed one night in the smaller room but they moved us into a larger one when it was available. (their suggestion not ours) which we appreciated. There is a larger one upstairs which accommodates families I think.”
