This was our first trip to Italy and we picked this place based on reviews and price, and needles to say but this B&B is great! Location is perfect right in the heart of Rome, price is reasonable, costumer service over the top - the owner, Dennis (not sure if that's how you spell his name) -is amazing, great costumer... Pleasant stay. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Walking distance to the Vatican. Had a champagne and biscuits platter waiting for us to celebrate our Anniversary. Helpful with our transportation issues. Bus stop across the street. Enjoyed our "American coffee " and pastries across the street included in our room rate.

it was difficult to locate after a long days travelling. I was expecting a hotel with a reception. But its really just a very small hotel in an appartment block. We phoned Denis on arrival and had to wait 20 minutes for him to get to us. He's a nice guy and very helpful and our hotel room was spotless... More

This Hotel does not have reliable Wifi, they advertise it, but 2 out of the 4 nights I stayed there, there was no Wifi and when I called the hotel rep she said, "I will be in at 10am", so needless to say my data bill will be insane because I had to use my data. There were not irons... More

The owners are cordial and the room was clean (after waiting in the hall for it to be cleaned even though we checked in after 2pm). The rooms are advertised as having WIFI, it is a main component of their advertising but it works for about 30 minutes at a time or is completely shutoff. The owners know this and... More

My family stayed here for 3 night's. Denise was there to receive us at the doorstep even though it was midnight. He took the trouble to explain the ways of commuting and ideas of sightseeing. Noemi also was very friendly and adjusting. H@R is walking distance to Vatican. Going to the others parts of Rome is not very difficult with... More

The most important thing about this place: the service is absolutely great! The team works better than reception guys in normal hotels. They are truly concierges of this place and they make your stay special. We spend there few days with our 1 year old child. We got a crib with linens, extra towels and even shower gel + shampoo... Denis and his team are very accomodating with any special requests. They were not very generous with shower gel. And the cleaners left behinds a pair of ladies stockings in our room. The breakfast and location left much to be desired but the price was fair

Just returned and spent another three nights at this excellent B&B. The facilities are great and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Rome. Great location. Spotlessly clean rooms and great value for money. Our thanks go to Anca for going that extra mile and making us so welcome.
