The room was airy and spacious. Very modern style which made it feel super comfortable for us. The breakfast area was also beautiful and coffee station was delicious. It was just in mid-May so the weather was beautiful bit could get a little warm after a bit which made the air-conditioning unit a jewel. The host even had a small...

This bed and breakfast was incredible! It was our favorite of all the places we stayed during our two weeks in Italy! The owner was ver nice and helpful and the room was very comfortable. Also, the breakfast that was provided each morning was very good! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and would stay here again.

Within walking distance of the Colosseum and a lovely gelato spot (who's name I can't remember). No elevator but the service was GREAT & the room was perfect (cleaned every day of our stay, free wifi, & satellite tv)!

Me and my daughter were staying for two nights and were very pleased to have booked this B&B. It is a 15 minutes walk from Termini station, 10 minutes from the Colosseum and even walking to other parts of the centre of Rome was easy. Also a lot of nice restaurants nearby (Monti). A clean room, good breakfast and very...

We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights in late September and would highly recommend it. It is am easy 10 minute walk from the Termini train station and about a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum area. Its also very close to a Metro stop and bus stops. Also within very short walks in the Monti...

We couldn't be happier with the location which was 10 minutes walking from termini station and 5 minutes from the colosseum. The room was really nice and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was super friendly and told us everything we needed to know and gave us some great tips. The breakfast was alright although we had hoped from...

My family and I stayed here for one night while exploring Rome. Everything was sleek and modern, including the rooms and the breakfast area. Massimo, the lovely man who met us in the lobby was incredibly kind and helpful - he offered us coffee and a snack when we arrived, gave us recommendations for lunch and dinner, and oversaw a...

I stayed here before a Norwegian cruise last month. I loved the location of this hotel. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the colosseum and less than 5 minutes from the metro. Know that if you have big bags there are a lot of steps up to the street level, from the metro, as well as up...

Such a great hotel! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. We walked with our luggage from Termini station which only took about 10-15 mins. The manager Massimo was super lovely and showed us all the good places to see and go, he also helped us take our bags up the single flight...
