Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Excellent shuttle service to and from the airport. The owners father drove us to the airport after our stay and he told us many interesting facts and even drove a couple of detours showing us interesting sights.

It's a fantastic place to stay and the host is super helpful. Rooms are bright, modern and very clean. There is tea, coffee and a hair dryer in the room and a TV. Bathrooms are bright, very new and spacious. The location is amazing!! We walked everywhere and even managed to get the shuttle back to the airport with ease.

Stayed for a short midweek trip with my partner. Rooms in Rome was absolutely brilliant! Reasonably priced, our en-suite room was very clean and modern. It's based in a quiet street with some restaurants nearby and just a 5 minute walk to St Angelos castle / 10 min walk to St Peters Basilica. We paid €40 (20 each) for Alessandro...

We had a great stay here. Rooms in Rome is in an excellent location, just a few minutes from Spanish Steps, The Vatican etc. The owner, Alessandro, picked us up from Ciampino airport. Fee was 40 Euro (a little steeper than a 30 Euro cab). He was chatty and helpful, providing good information about Rome on the drive into the...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.

“For extra moving around space and true feel of apartment living as a Rome citizen, request and book the Superior Queen. This room has also a fabulous leather loveseat that pulls out as a bed, two giant sets of Windows to let light and fresh air in, and a double size wardrobe to hang your clothes. It faces the street with wonderful buildings around and not noisy, just typical city sounds of street cleaning and deliveries. All rooms are on 4th floor but the elevator is large for city standards is very reliable.”

“A/C was extremely quiet, location of building was near to busy road, but the location and great hospitality made up for this!!”
