Unusual B&B, it's an apartment in a block with a mixture of residential and businesses. The proprietor doesn't live on the premises and you don't get breakfast served there - instead you get tokens to use at the cafe on the corner. We were a...More
The b&b it's very well situated, about 5min from termini station. It's a 4 rooms apartment, with private bathroom each one and a little common kitchen. Super clean and economic, not bad breakfast.

The owner here is extremely kind and dedicated to service. Really nice price and lots of small freebies such as water, yoghurt and fruit.
Room is always very clean when you get back and no complaints are made seemingly regardless of what you do.
This is a very nice little B&B on a quite side street in Rome. It's not much to look at from the outside but inside it is just beautiful --- not elegant, but beautiful. Our host was one of the kindest men I've ever met....More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.

We are located on the 4th floor and it is very ventilated so it never gets very hot. No one has ever complained about the temperature and fans were always sufficient. We are however planning on installing air conditioning in every room but we don't have an exact date as of now.
Hoping to see you soon.
