What a wonderful visit in Rome! B&B Orfeo's is located a short 8 minute walk from the train station. An apartment on the fourth floor, the accommodations were modern and very clean. The room was large, with a private bathroom, local TV, internet, and a beverage refrigerator. The windows were great - they kept the street noise out and shuttered...

100% agree with all the great Reviews about "Orfeo's B&B" and the warmth Welcome from Roberta and Mario. The location is perfect being only 4 or so minutes walk from Rome Termini Station and so perfect for touring all areas of Rome. (Which we did). The Rooms are immaculately clean, bright and have everything you need including Air Conditioning. Fast...

This was the second time we stayed with Roberta. The apartments are very clean, breakfast is more than we could eat and the personal touch of Roberta and her husband was perfect. They gave us a lot of information about were to go and what to see. If we go to Rome again, we'll stay here another time!

Me and mum stayed at this place for two nights. Five star service, one star prices. The hosts were helpful and nice throughout every part of our stay. Bathroom was well stocked with more than you would ever need. Breakfast was generous and delicious. Bedroom was kept very clean and cosy, and the bed was comfortable. Location was also very...

We'll stay at Orfeo's on any future trips to Rome or the Rome area. The owners are great hosts who keep clean, non-smoking, and comfortable rooms. The B&B is close to Termini, and to many restaurants and bars. Our room was quiet at night even with the window open. Roberta served an excellent breakfast which included an egg, fruit, cereal,...

We stayed at Orfeos for a week recently and found the experience great. The owners went out of their way to be helpful and gave us information on the surrounding area and places to visit. They gave us explicit directions on how to reach the b and b, and made sure they were there for our arrival. It was really...

Orfeo's was wonderful - the room was cleaner and cozier than any hotel I've stayed at in Italy, and the owners were fantastic hosts. They'll take care of all of your travel needs, have tour books and info there for you, and the breakfast spread was excellent, particularly compared to the typical hotel breakfast. Location near the train station is...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
