This little B&B is a tiny jewel, but well hidden in the quarter of Roma Termini. Very nice rooms: very clean, modern and silent (while the traffic can be very noisy). The owners are very friendly and helpful (they reserved our tickets for the Vatican museum, so we hadn't to wait in the queu!). Rich and tasteful breakfast!

Cosy, confortable, clean and close to any attraction in Rome! Really good choice if you're traveling on a budget and looking for a cheap place to stay, good breakfast, excellent conditions and close to the city center. David is a great host!

I stayed here for a week early September 2015 (solo female traveller). I had a really wonderful experience here. Firstly, the owner Davide is extremely helpful, kind and did everything he could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I had a late flight arriving into Rome, (which was also delayed) and this was no problem at all for...

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights and the location is about 15 walk from main Termini station in Rome. The B&B only accepts cash and we had been informed about this through our booking made through booking.com. The room was clean and B&B had decent facilities when you compare to the money they charge for the rooms. The...

The owner David confirmed us for 2 beds. When that type of room was not available, he said it would be fine for us to cancel our 2nd night without any problem, as he said he could easily sell the room. As he only accepts cash, he has now had booking.com charge us for a cancellation fee to our credit...

This place got such good reviews that I decided to stay here with my sister. We requested separate beds. I wrote to them a month and a half before we stayed and they didn't even respond, and she wrote to them before our stay to doubly make sure. Owner wrote that yes, we had a room as we requested with...

The owners were very nice and helpful. The place had a really friendly feel. My room was really quiet, spacious and had all the basic neccesities. The bathroom was not en-suite, which I was aware of prior to booking. I had a private bathroom very close to my room. It didn't bother me, but the owners told me they were...

Very nice hostel, very nice room and bathroom. Everything was clean and nice. The owners of place are great people, very kind, really helpful and hearty. Hostel is situated near Termini-main railway station so it's good localization for tourists to start their trips. I just want to warn against pickpockets in Termini surroundings.

This is a reasonably centric B&B, near the train station. It is within an old building (I have to say the elevator is not the best) but the apartment is well-mantained. I would say that the personal was the best of the place, very warm and informative. Rooms are fine, and you have a decent breakfast. I think that this...

It was just perfetto - warm welcome, big city map and the room spaceful enough, a really nice bathroom, all well heated and sufficient woolen blankets. Big breakfast with all you need! One bus stop almost accross the house, railstation Termini (lots of busses going to city center) appr.10minutes walk and Metropolitano V.Emmanuele rather close too. Both super helpful and...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
