Very unusual for me to slam anything in Italy, I have always been so lucky with hotels. But i want to kick myself for choosing this Residenza. Where do I start? We arrived one evening at 20:30. They were expecting us. When the taxi dropped us off I had to ask him again if he'd made a mistake. Up a...

Thank you for your review. Our Boutique Hotel is situated in a building which dates back to the XVI century (1500). Owned by the Princess Ruspoli. The pictures on the website represent the style of the hotel and celings of Napoleon III who lived here. Our aim is to give to the guest a unique experience of going back in...

To be honest, it was probably a misjudgment from my side. If you like spending a night in a giant museum looking suite, you will probably enjoy it. I was expecting a little more modernity given the price. Yes the Bonaparte suite is amazing, it's gigantic but one can do so much in a giant suite. The bathroom wasn't very...

The location is super good 5 minutes walk to Spanish Steps and to trevi fountains and villa borghese. The size of the rooms is huge with good bathroom. The breakfast is poor. WiFi signal was very good in 1 room and nothing in the other room.

It's worth to experience this place at least once in your life! My son was very excited to stay here (when he was 6). He does not remember Rome very well, but he keeps recalling the spacious beatiful historical palace we stayed at. Well, it's one of the most memorable experience for me too.

A great experience to have when in Rome. Everyone would enjoy the perfect location right in the center of the city, within easy reach of most key attractions and shopping areas. Now, for those looking for a squeaky clean efficient stay, you are better off at a modern full-service hotel, "antique" does mean "old" after all, so think of this...

Located right in the historic centre of Rome next to via Condotti Breakfast served in style and good quality Provided with local cell phone Dusty rooms which set my son sneezing the whole time. Staff didn't understand much english. Showers with slow water speed. Badly designed bathrooms wherein the place would be flooded after a shower!

This historical 16th-century building was once the grand palace of Napolean III and I doubt you will be disappointed with your stay. We stayed in the Pia Princess suite, no grand entrance which was just slightly disappointing but the suite more than made up for this with its two bathrooms, main bedroom with four-poster bed, parquet floor throughout and fabric...

We stayed for two nights in the Queen Ortensia suite, and what a treat it was! There really is no proper way to describe this property because it truly does feel like stepping into another world and time. The suite itself is grand, luxurious and opulent, but also comfortable. The bed was divine, and the bathroom was perfectly adequate for...

This was a stop on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! We never saw other guest and it felt like the palace was ours. The suite was amazing, slightly old décor, but it added to its charm. Breakfast served in the suite was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic, one road up to the Spanish Steps, head another...

An amazing stay. Truly felt like royalty. Blocks from the Spanish steps! Breakfast brought to your suite. Great cafes around the block. Walking distance to all the places you must visit. Hotel staff was attentive but not overwhelming. Felt like the castle was all ours.

“Depends on the size you are loking for. We stayed in the smallest (100 m2 or 1100 sqf aprox). That one is also the most "modern" of the 3. The ceilings are not high as the other ones. But the atmosphere is perfect. (2 really big and modern bathrooms). The palace is very quiet all day long.”
