Lovely spacious accommodation in a secure courtyard property. Hosts are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are happy and enjoying your stay. The welcoming bowl of fruit, bottles of wine and daily bottles of water were appreciated and the coffee and breakfast brought to your room was a real treat. Minutes from...

Both David and Stefano were wonderful hosts. Two complimentary bottles of wine. Plenty of bottles of water, fruit and cake. The room was spacious and clean. Very central close to the Coliseum and the Forum. Many great restaurants close by. You could not wish for better. We would recommend this guest house with confidence. Breakfast served in your room. Stayed at this Bed and Breakfast for three nights with some friends. The rooms are of high quality. Definitely something more than the usual B&B. Wine and Fruit in your room. A kitchen area for all to share. You could make coffee/Tea etc. Stefano and his business partner Davide were very accommodating. Stefano was often on hand to offer advice...

We recently visited Rome on holiday and arrived at this 'accommodation' which was booked months in advance. The flight was delayed on leaving London for Rome and when we arrived there was NO provision made for our late arrival, as there is NO night manager or NO response when calling the number provided by Booking.com. We wrongly believed we had...

The room was clean, bright and big. We found welcome wine and fruits, which was very nice. The owner was very helpful, polite and friendly. Location just perfect!!! It is more a 5 star hotel stay then ordinary room rental. Coffee and croissants are just PERFECT down the street. Lovely visit.

I spent a couple of nights at Domus Flaviae with my girlfriend in August. Very nice room, spacious, clean and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Colosseum. The manager, Bruno, welcomed us warmly and made sure our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Sure, Domus Flaviae is a bit of a walk to landmarks such as the Pantheon or the...

Domus Flaviae is a centrally located guesthouse with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Comfy bed and all the amenities. Manager Bruno is very helpful and made our stay pleasant. The location is good, it takes approximately 10 mins by foot from central Termini station. The establishment is facing an inner courtyard so it is quiet...
