Close to historic Rome. Vatican is 25 min walking and Colloseum 20 min. Very nice people and very helpful. Nice breakfast, all you need.Note this is a bed and breakfast not a hotel. Large rooms for a family. Only minus that our room was close to the staff room so in the morning we could hear the staff preparing the breakfast...

Once I found it (the entrance was a beautiful wooden door that revealed nothing of the interior), I felt the welcoming spirit.. It was fun to go through various doors, only to discover the good taste, the warmth but most importantly the cleanliness of the place. Both Dora and Emy were more than helpful in providing information about the city...

The room was situated in the very center of Rome. All the great Roman locations, like the Forum Romanum, the Colosseum and Vatican City were in walking distance. The friendly staff helped us finding the nicest routes through the city and gave us helpfull tips where to find the best restaurants. Our room in the via della Zocolleta was spacious,...

We stayed for only one night but the staff could not have been more accommodating. We were a late arrival at the airport, they arranged for a transfer service to pick us up and then came back after hours (they are only there until 8 pm) to check us in. Emy, in particular, was very easy to deal with and...

We stayed 4 nights in the family room/ apartment 2 minutes walk from the main B&B building. The room was very comfortable, cleaned every day, the building has a lift, and the breakfast every morning was good (cooked breakfast, yogurt, bread/ cheese cakes etc). The service was excellent and friendly throughout, and kind/ patient towards the kids too. Highly recommended...

Charming boutique lodging. Not a fussy place but very clean and all the necessary comforts to enjoy your stay in Rome. I tend to seek fussy, but this place was perfect. Best part, the staff were very warm, inviting, & eager to assist. I cannot say enough about Dora. She was so attentive to your comforts. The location is ideal...

Good value & location, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with a huge, clean bathroom. For the most part it was pretty clean but the 2nd bedroom (living room with pull out couch) had suspicious linens. Staff was pretty nice and helpful!

The location of this guest house is good. It is within walking distance of many historical places and the bus stop is a couple of metres away. A mini market is two doors down. Staff is very nice, always willing to help, be it with luggage (as there is no lift), directions or recommendations. They can easily communicate in English....
