So, you may read bad reviews on this place.. but I think they are really harsh! If you pay cheap rates don't expect the Ritz. Our room was clean and adequate, which is all you need as we were there on a 3 day trip to Rome not to hang out in the room. Breakfast is continental: cereals, eggs, cheese,...

We had 3 days trip in Rome, the hotel location is really good. (Spagna steps about 15min walk distance,Rome termini 15min as well ). The Hotel room is average and clean, buthroom was nice . Breakfast was poor and less choice. Hotel members are really friendly and helpful. If you wont save some money on the hotel you can use...

I will return to this hotel on my next trip to Rom and definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends. A clean room in this location and for this price, is the best that you can find. The breakfast was sufficiently good to star the day.

We stayed in a room with a queen size bed but but the beds are actually 2 single or double size mattresses put together. As you can imagine, it is incredibly hard to sleep on with a gap between you are your partner. The carpets looked really dirty and worn out. Some spots even looked like it had cigarette burns,...

Dear customer, We accept any kind of review, either positive or negative (as long as it is constructive), but she is just saying things that are untrue. First, we did not steal the charger of your mobile phone, also because it would not make sense to steal an item that costs € 10, semplievcemente was not found in the room...

Breakfast is OK here. Boiled eggs with some sliced meat and cheese. Some bread and cereals. Walking distance to Termini is 17 minutes. Lots of shopping close to Termini. Take one block down from the main street along the side of Termini and you have the Chinese clothing stores Made in Italy quality. Go to Piazza della Repubblica In view...

We too were moved from the Solis due to a maintenance issue. No one contacted us before we arrived though so they just arranged a cab for us to move to the Invictus. It was horrendous.Water pressure was terrible, as was water temperature. The bed was rock hard, and the breakfast was horrendous.

Dear customer, I can understand that it is not happy to have been moved to another hotel, but so to speak evil of our hotel, makes me think more of an attack against the Hotel Solis, we have done everything possible to make them make your stay pleasant and I am very sorry to read his review, I thought that...

Pretty pissed off. Stayed at the lovely Solis for two nights and were scheduled for another night upon returning to Rome. Apparently someone missed their flight so we were moved to their sister hotel which is disgusting. First of all you walk through a door to no where...then get in a creaky cage of an elevator without signage. Glimpsed something...

There is nothing obvious about the location of this hotel....small sign out front. You need to push a button and when the attendant answers, he will rattle something off about the second floor. What you need to do is use the cage like contraption that is actually an elevator.... go to the 2 floor where he will check you in....

Staying in Ludovisi / Via Veneto

Neighbourhood Profile
Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and models while bored housewives hung out in streetside cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law firms, and embassies. The area is also right next to Villa Borghese, a beautiful park for sporting and cultural adventures. If you're looking for tranquility by night, this may be the place: Ludovisi and Veneto tend to shut down after 20:00.
