Stayed one night in this hotel and thank God I only booked one night. The room was described as a quadruple room. There was four single beds although some were make shift camp beds squeezed into a small double room size. I am disabled and found it difficult to get between the beds as there was so little space. The...

This hotel is far out from the centre of rome to start off with. The rooms are very dated and need updating. Tried getting room service but the operator did not speak english. Walked down to reception and they were less than helpful, finally was able to order some by flagging down a staff member in the hall way. The...

Hotel Rouge et Noir feels safe and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy, shower was slightly difficult to operate. The hotel itself is awkward to reach by public transport- it's worth getting the shuttle to the nearest metro "Pietralata" but this only runs in the morning and evening. Also, be warned- the vending machines are not cooled! The pool...

Terrible cannot even describe this hotel. All staffs do not understand the concept of 'customer service'. It feels like you bothered them when you want to ask something. The wifi? Forget it. STAY AWAY!

We booked two nights for this hotel because it was so cheap but as soon as we arrived decided to change it for one night ! The area it was in was a bit rundown, there was some sort of police riot vans in the car park which was a bit worrying, we was early so had to wait an...

Friendly staff, easy to understand. Courtesy bus is very convenient. Not really sure what housekeeping did apart from making the bed, they opened a window and let a heap of bugs in. Hotel itself can be noisy as all the doors slam and halls echo. Located close to some nice restaurants. Wifi is rubbish. But overall, not too bad. There...

It's location is not good..far from the main city far from nearest bus stop/metro where bus frequency is also not good. moreover if you have luggage it is very tough to walk to the hotel as it is at height from road. room is specious but furniture, lights etc are not maintained. Some site mentions it is a 4 star...

It's got the essentials but absolutely nothing extra. The pros of the place are: 1. the price, thought it was a bargain! 2. The free breakfast was pretty good, nothing fancy but decent enough including pastries, fruit, cereals, scrambled eggs and bacon etc. 3. Shuttle service to the metro station. This was a handy service although we only used it...

not properly connected to metro or bus ,i had to spend huge amounts on taxi ,the thing i disliked most was that they very cleverly charged me 5 euros for watching 10 minutes of movie via TV in room ,rooms are average and you had to pay more if you take taxi from this hotel
