Love this place and considerably good basic amenities for your stay in Rome. They even included a simple breakfast in the package, so you don't have to figure where to eat. This was very helpful to us as we were planning to visit Vatican City early in the morning (glad we did it as it wasn't so crowded). The hotel...

Stayed here with some girlfriends a few years ago. This was a very convenient location, just a short walk to Trevi Fountain, & the Spanish Steps. There was also a very nice breakfast provided each morning, and they were very helpful in giving us maps & directions.

Hotel Garda is comfortable, easy to get to, and the staff ensured that our stay was as pleasant as possible. Bedroom & bathroom very comfortable. Would suggest a review of breakfast. Needs fruit & a non sugar option.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Garda for three nights during our stay in Rome and we loved every minute of it. The staff at the front desk were some of the friendliest we came across in Italy and were very knowledgable and helpful when it came to restaurant and sight seeing recommendations. The rooms were not huge, but...

First time in Rome and I have to say I enjoyed every minute. Hotel Garda were friendly and even gave us a Balcony room at no extra cost on the 5th floor. We felt very at home here and the staff could not be more courteous. The location was fantastic with 2 restaurants just outside the main entrance with the...

We stayed for 3 nights in May and it was fitted the bill. Close to the sites, not too expensive, quiet location. Breakfasta was disappointing but the rooms were clean and adequate. Bathroom was fine - nothing to complain about. There are some good restaurants close by (the pizzeria outside the front door was great). As people have said you...

We stayed here for two night which quite frankly was two night too many. The rooms were beyond basic and you couldn't even sit on the toilet because the bathroom was so small. We arrived downstairs for breakfast and told they didn't have spare seats so we had to wait. There was only one waitress trying to do everything including...

The hotel is located in a quiet street on the 4th floor of a building. We spent 5 days in Rome and the personal was very kindly and gave us many tips of interesting places about what we can see. The breakfast was simple but enough. Good cappucino. We were with 3 persons: myself, my wife and my daughter. There...

Cannot understand the negative reviews to be honest. You pay for what you get and yes this hotel is basic but the cost is peanuts !! Clean rooms which were made up every day including fresh towels and toiletries. Asked for a balcony room before we got to rome and we were given one which was very pretty. As soon...
